A little backstory, when I was a newbie in the survival world of trading, I got scammed by my broker. I deposited some money, but when I get a profit they wouldn't let me withdraw. So I move and my peers suggested I tried IC Markets because they have one of the best spreads at the time. I was skeptical at first, but they actually deliver. They have very low fees for withdrawing funds, and the negative is the occasionals. The customer service responds and helps to resolve issues which honestly feels good. Withdrawal can be a bit of a problem but in the end they still send your money in short time, so I guess its a plus.

Well, I guess I'm not going to trade with Oanda anymore. They used to be so good and honest, but now they have changed and be like other brokers. Now, they have awful charts that are very jumpy and disrupt my strategy and analysis. They don't have trailing stops, instruments are really limited and generally awful. Worst of all, very poor technical support. How can one get a trading experience with such a company.

I have been stuck! I can't log in to my MT4 account since this morning and there is nothing I can do about it. First of all, I was trading with my desktop so everything is fine. I place buy positions and it all goes very smoothly. Now, because I have something to do outside, I have to switch to my phone. But I couldn't log in at all! This is messed up because I have to close the positions soon. I contacted customer service and they told me they would do something but they didn't do anything until I went home and close the position myself. I, of course, lose more than I intended.

Exness is one of the best brokers I have ever tried so far. This is why

- They have great service, the customer service team is very patient and kind.
- Deposit and withdrawal go very smoothly, no issues, no hassle. No matter what kind of payment you use.
- Spread is great. Super tight and consistent.
- No delay! Great order executions

The only reason I've not given a 5 star is because of two things,

- They have pending order limitations

- They only have two instruments available for the cent account. But they are progressive brokers, so I'm sure they'll get better.

I have tried a lot of different brokers, but so far ICMarkets managed to keep me stay in the game. They have fast executions which are very important and crucial for my strategy. They offer a lot of different instruments so there are more options for me to choose from. It is also really good for hedging. I have no reservations in regards to FX, CFD’s, indices, and more. The same goes for payment options (withdrawal and deposits), Debits and credits work well. In addition to that they also have various top-notch platforms, technical issues sorted timely, and more. But I hope they will add more instruments for crypto.

I think I have tried several brokers before finally opening an account with IC Markets. So far they have been really great in providing consistent spreads and quick order executions. However, it would be a lie if I said I don't have any problems. Quite the contrary, I have encountered several problems during my time with IC Markets. But, the customer service has been proactive in resolving any issues and explaining processes.

I've been using IC Markets since 2017 and I can not find fault with their service. Deposits and withdrawals are quick and straightforward. Customer service is very friendly and super quick to answer. In fact, they were very helpful, patient, and enthusiastic to help when I complained about a server error. Also, another time when I was having trouble logging in to my account. The only problem is that I don't think this broker has a lot of promotions or bonuses to try with. That being said, they are already cost-reducing with the small spreads. Commissions can be a little too high in my opinion, but some people said that it's normal to have a $7 commission per round turn.

It's true that ICMarket has one of the lowest spreads I have ever seen. But I feel like the commissions are too high. If I'm not mistaken, it's about 20% of the profit when the trade is in earnings. The worst part is, they still charged it even when the positions are at a loss. Most brokers normally only charged about 10%. That being said, I still think that this broker is very professional. I actually prefer ASIC-regulated brokers among others, since they are really good and keep things safe. The platform in ICMarket is also super easy to use even for someone who isn't tech savvy like me.

I am a new trader and I'm so happy that IC markets were very honest and professional with me. They have the tightest spreads which are very good for a trader who has just started like me. As a newbie, there is a lot of stuff that is very confusing for me. So I often seek help from their customer service team who are very happy to help. They are very nice and helpful. hey have always responded in a timely manner and with the answers I needed. Great service. They also directed me to the educational features to help me learn better about trading, which has broadened my knowledge.

Has ICMarket changed? They used to be so good and honest, now they are just like any other broker. I haven't been active for a while due to private reasons. For some reason, they open a free swap account on my behalf, without me knowing. There is nothing bad with an Islamic account, but I would rather open it myself if I want it. I notice lately my stop-loss order wasn't triggered while in the past there was nothing wrong with it. I thought this must be some kind of a mistake, but it keeps happening, so something wrong is going on.
