Trading Platforms - Forex Broker Testimonials

I am honestly interested in IC Markets because of a lot of things, including:

- low spreads

- CFD trading

- multiple deposit and withdrawal methods

I also understand that IC Market has plenty of trading platforms ranging from MT4, MT5, and cTrader. Does any of their platform available for customization? If yes, does it utilize MLQ4 programming language or C# programming language?

I had a great experience with Admirals for a while now. I have to compliment the great service that they have been consistent with. Their support team has been really good and always active every time I need help. But that is not the only amazing quality I enjoy about this broker. Their platform is really user-friendly and this is important for me since I am not tech-savy at all. Another thing that I believe most people will enjoy is the consistent low spread they offer. It is pretty amazing how they keep it tight even when the market is volatile.

Their trading account is very easy to use and feels intuitive, I enjoy using it. Not to mention, the order executions are very fast too, no has ever happened during my time trading. One gripe I have is that you are only allowed 20 demo accounts- which is fine but they expire if they are inactive for a while and you cannot reactivate them. This penalizes long-term clients who will need to continue using demo accounts but can't as they will run out. This can be a deal-breaker for me since I tend to have multiple trading accounts for various uses. It's been years and they still haven't upgraded their policy on this matter.

Overall, I have been very satisfied with FP Markets. I think they have amazing service and the best trading conditions I can get with that price. Overall a very good broker with amazing support time. I had some opportunities to use the customer support features, and so far my interactions have been pleasant and professional. Another thing I want to talk about is their user interface. I think that their platform is very intuitive and simple, to conclude it's easy to navigate and beginner-friendly. However, their spreads can be high.

I had the worst experience with the IC market last week. The story was, that I open a position in the XAU/USD. I think it was around 6 PM my time and I notice that the price charts didn't move at all. Which is odd since I always checked in a small time frame. I asked IC markets they told me it’s expired and I cannot hold it. I was stunned because it was my life-saving money. It is odd since this has never happened before! I complained but they did nothing. They use to be an honest broker, but I guess that changes now.

In the 4 years, I have been working with IC Market, I have never had any issues. This is why I was so surprised when I found an anomaly in my charts. I was trading EUR/USD on my MT4 account and I notice there are some strange movements. Well to be exact, the candlestick didn't move at all, that is really strange. So I quickly contacted the customer service, I honestly thought they wouldn't do anything about it, just like any other broker. But, the fact they quickly assemble some solutions for this problem surprises me. In a few minutes, my problem is fixed and luckily I haven't lost my money that much. I'm still a little bit annoyed but I am already prepared to lose money when I open a position. However, I do hope such problems won't happen again in the future.

Very reliable broker indeed. I think that FXOpen is one of the best brokers all around. I mean, they have one of the best trading platforms I have ever used. It is simple, so very easy to understand. The support team is surprisingly very friendly and accommodating, overall it feels very professional.

I know that some people it's weird that I praise them for their customer support. But, the truth is a few months ago I was having trouble with my deposit and I only realized it at night, so I contacted them in panic mode. They still reply very nicely and fix it within seconds. If that isn't a good work ethic, I don't know what is.

Their MetaTrader platform is the best in the field, I absolutely enjoy using it. It is very smooth and I didn't experience lags even during news releases. Another thing is that the third-party research and trading tool plugins enhance the user experience in this broker. I noticed that they have been ranked as one of the best MetaTrader brokers in the market, and for a good reason. But one thing that I'd like to highlight is that ICMarket is really perfect for traders who want to run algorithmic strategies. That is due to their low-cost, scalable execution. 

Amazing trading platform, I think this is the best one I have yet. It is smooth, easy to understand, very intuitive, and most importantly it does not crash even during news releases. I've had no problems with deposits and timely withdrawals. Spreads have been pretty low as well. I think this is a really good broker for new traders because of all the simplicity they offer. You can also learn to practice and improve your risk management using real money. However, I think that their education feature needs to be better in order to support new traders who still have very little knowledge about trading. That being said, I still think that Oanda deserve to get 5 stars.

I think Tickmill is one of the best brokers to trade gold among other things. They have great spreads for the instruments and they also apply low commission fees in addition to that. It is also highly recommended for anyone who wants to try scalping because of this. Not to mention the order execution time is very quick which is very important for scalpers. Try out their demo account first if you are unsure. I did that too when I first tried out this broker. But the smooth platform quickly makes me comfortable so I decided to open a live account.
