Very Innovative broker in my opinion. Spread is tight, so it's really good for beginners who are looking for an affordable live account. The customer service is available for 24 hours so it's great for those who aren't in the zone. They also provide a very competitive and consistent MT4 platform that will satisfy the most demanding of traders. But, they aren't perfect tho, there is some aspect to improve. For example, I find their trading software a little bit challenging, but some traders think it's very simple so I'm not really sure about this. Aside from this, I wish they would offer individual stocks as CFDs as well. Regardless, I will still give them 5 stars.

The most important part about trading for me is the spread. I need a tight spread to maximize my profits. IC Markets not only gives me great spreads but also a wonderful platform as well. Order executions are also very smooth and everything goes according to what I plan. Sure there are some minor problems once in a while, but it's nothing I can't handle.

I think they are one of the best brokers if you are looking for an honest one. I originally trades with them because I heard they have low commission fees, so I tried. It was amazing and I really reap a lot of benefits from their service. Even their automatic trading platform is really good and super easy to navigate. However, I do not think they are perfect. In fact, there are several things they should change in order to upgrade their service. One thing that I can say is that sometimes there is price slippage in big market movement on ECN account. That would cost me alot.

I am very pleased because of their true ECN accounts. It really evolves my trading experience, everything really seamless and feels professional, including deposits and withdrawals. Their trading platform is remarkable and I love how everything is so easy to use. I wonder if they have trading contest?

They use to be a really good broker, but they since have changed and no I'm no longer trust them. Especially because their executions and customer service going downhill. Here are some of the reasons why I choose to withdraw my funds from them.

1. Numerous platforms freeze, even when it's not during news releases.

2. Frequent slippage which has cost me a lot.

3. Delayed confirmation of execution.

4.  Platform going down during important news events.

5. This is personal but, they deducted funds from my credit card by mistake, wouldn't admit it. I had to contact my credit card company.

So I have been having an issue with IC Market's MT4 platforms, which I find to be odd. This platform has never had any issues before, so I decided to contact customer support. It didn't take too long for them to investigate what happened. Several days later, I got a message telling me that they have been having issues that are connected to intermittent internet-related failures which meant some clients were unable to connect to our MT4 servers. I think they said that the problem was related to the ISP or something, but it has since been removed and now everything should work normally again. Still, I'd like to praise IC Markets for how fast they are responding and tackling the problems. This should be a standard for any brokerages.

I have been trading with IC Markets since 2013 and I want to share my experience with this broker. My first impression of IC Markets is that this broker is really good for new traders. They have really good spreads, but it's nothing new I guess since they are known for offering raw accounts. As a scalper, I find this is really helpful and cost-saving. But we all know that first impressions are often deceiving. After quite some time, I notice that their commission fees are too high, which is around $3.5 per round turn. That being said, I still recommend this broker since they have great features and their platform is super easy to use. But I don't know if my opinion will change again in the future.
