Dont trade with this broker. IG steals your money by triggering your stoploss. They are a bunch of stoploss hunters which give a shit about your clients. Your core business is taking the other side of the trades and stealing points from poor retail traders who dont know what they are doing. Shame on you IG, I thought you were different than other brokers!

I highly recommend everyone to take screenshots of their transactions with ICMarkets, any transactions. Several days ago, I send a deposit for my MT4 account. To my amusement, the money never actually appear in my account, this has never happened before so I contacted the support team. They said there aren't any problems on their part, so the problems must be from my bank. At the time, I didn't immediately call my bank since it's already passed working hours on my part, and it was Friday.

I called them Monday afternoon, during this time the fund has yet to appear on my account. However, my bank said that the transaction has been successful and there weren't any problems with it. So I contacted ICMarkets support team and explained that. But, they insisted that my bank must have made a mistake. I tried to send money to another account I have in another broker, and it went smoothly, so it's not my bank. At this point, I'm tired and don't want to do all the effort anymore.

So far ICMarkets has provided me with great customer support service, as they have trouble-free chat and are super responsive. Not only that they answer my questions, but they also suggested better solutions to make my trading experience even better.

But, I can't give them 5 stars yet. I have some problems regarding the unstable performance of some of their servers. Sometimes the connection is cut for more than a minute. Fortunately, this doesn't happen too often. Apart from that everything else works just like it should. So far I have never experience anything serious, so I can't say that this is a huge problems, but it can be.

I have found broker with far less restrictions and more helpful. Chat service are not that knowledgeable. Severe restrictions on what you can set as a take profit on major currency pairs.

For someone who has just started trading, I found Pepperstone to be very convenient. Pepperstone made it really easy to learn about what I have to do to set up an account and start trading instantly. The trading platform is very good and easy to navigate, even for someone like me who isn't familiar with the trading platforms yet. It's very intuitive. Funding my account was done really quickly when I reached out to their client services team. Even when I meet some problems, the team is always happy to help me. Overall great experience.

How can this broker doesn't have a wire transfer I will never understand. I mean, even smaller brokerages now offer this thing. Meanwhile, FBS which claimed to have more than 12 million clients doesn't even offer one? But here is the problem. None of their withdrawal and funding methods works for me. The Netteller and Skrill have really bad service in this broker, so I really wish they would add wire transfer, I mean it's about time right? Other than that I actually enjoy their service and really hope I can continue trading here.

Is Exness regulated by international regulatory bodies such as FCA or CFTC?

It is such a shame that Oanda does not have a way to close your positions when the server is down. All you are left to do is just hopelessly watch as the market goes against you. On the other hand, outside of news event times, you will not have more than a 5 pip slippage for your stops and they have tight spreads.

Agea is a dealing-desk broker or not?

Come to IC Market! There have been way too many slippages these days it's not even funny anymore! In fact, I think I lost more money in the slippage alone compare to another factor. That's not the only thing I hate about IC Market, lately, the stop loss just doesn't mean anything anymore. Out of all the stop losses I placed, only a few were actually executed, what was the reason? Why would I even bother placing the market order if it doesn't mean anything to you?
