So far ICMarkets has provided me with great customer support service, as they have trouble-free chat and are super responsive. Not only that they answer my questions, but they also suggested better solutions to make my trading experience even better.
But, I can't give them 5 stars yet. I have some problems regarding the unstable performance of some of their servers. Sometimes the connection is cut for more than a minute. Fortunately, this doesn't happen too often. Apart from that everything else works just like it should. So far I have never experience anything serious, so I can't say that this is a huge problems, but it can be.
