I just want to say that I really like their customer support service, really good and understanding. EasyMarkets' system is really easy to understand and great for beginners.

I don't understand why do they charged me overnight fees although I'm using a commission-based account? Did I misread the terms? However, it still a good broker nonetheles.

I just start trading with this broker and so far I am quite happy with their trading conditions.  low & fixed spreads.
Requote is normal and good withdrawal process.

Great spread, great order executions, they process my request in no time. On the plus side, they also have plenty of instrument to trade.

I'm a scalper and when I'm looking for a broker I make sure that they provide all the necessary conditions. For me, time is very important, there can't be any in all of my orders. So far, only IC Market come close to all of my needs. They also have one of the best trading platforms that I have used. I would rate it 4/5. Unfortunately, this broker has a high deposit, which is not something for beginner traders so they do lose out on the newcomers. But for professionals, that amount is acceptable considering the quality service they offer.

What I like the most about ICMarket is that they are a true ECN broker. There are a lot of brokers claiming to be ECN while in fact, they are not. However, ICMarkets also have a competitive spread and control over one of the largest liquidity providers. Not to mention, they also high leverage cap. One drawdown would be I couldn't use transfers to deposit and fund my account but instead using the banking institution way which would cost me about 5% of the amount I deposit and 5% of the amount when I withdraw. While I understand that the fees are charged by the bank, I still wish that I can have better-paying options so that I don't have to pay for the fees. 5% is a huge amount for me.

I am still convinced that IC Markets is one of the best brokers with raw spread accounts in the markets nowadays. But, I don't think that they are the cheapest or the most affordable broker out there. First of all, their commission fees are pretty steep in my opinion. However, they provide great service, so I can overlook it. Furthermore, deposits and withdrawals are fast. The service is also very good, and they respond fast in the chat. I guess you get what you really paid for. So, despite the expensive commission fees, I am still trading with IC Marketss. They are also regulated by ASIC and FSA, so it's safe.

Exness has one of the best trading conditions. But what I like the most is their instant deposits and withdrawals, because I don't like having to wait for 5 working days just to get my money.

During my time with IC Markets, I feels like they have ben very cosistent about giving the lowest spreads. On top of that, they also have great trading platforms. I feels like it's very easy to use and navigate, I honestly can't recomend them enough. Altough, I do encounter some problems with their customer services. in the past, they have been very accomodating and super nice. I trully enjoy my time with them. But, recently I find that they aren't as accomodating anymore. It feels like someone amateur has taking over the positions, and I don't think they understand what I'm talking about or my problems for that matters. But this is something I am willing to overlooked.

I can not recall when I joined the service provider, probably more than 4 years ago. They have everything I want in a broker. Here are some of my checklists for a good broker.

• Good spread (check)
• Good customer service (check)
• Easy and instant deposit & withdrawal (check)
• Quick executions (check)
• Good trading experience overall (check and check)

However, I do think they can have some upgrades on the educational material. I just feel like it can be upgraded.
