In the beginning, they seem to be a promising broker but as time goes I start noticing several recurring problems that I really dislike. One thing that I really hate about them is how difficult the withdrawing process is. As a side note, it doesn't seem like they are trying to scam me or trying to withhold my money, it's just that they have a complicated process. In fact, I have to contact customer support every time I want to make a withdrawal because that's how annoying it gets. I hope it can be easier than this.

They have been very lazy lately and I feel like their service has gotten worse as well. For example, I recently started checking my MT4 account again and I was surprised to find that everything has become so unorganized! In fact, I have to reprogram everything again! I don't know why this is happening but it is certainly very annoying. I have to spend my spare time fixing my account when I can use it for analyzing and researching. This is really wastefull! Not to mention the customer service was unresponsive when I talk about it.

My money keeps getting stuck and I don't know why. They keep blaming my bank, saying that my bank can't accept their transactions or something. But I know it's a lie because I have been using that bank to deposit and withdraw to IC Market. As well as any other broker, so far there haven't been any problems regarding that. It's only happened in IC Market on my last withdrawal. I already contacted customer support so don't tell me to try that step, because I already did and it's wasting my time. They don't even understand what they were talking about. Worse experience indeed.

I thought they would be a great and honest broker, but in the end, they're just like the rest of them. Really let me down with empty promises. Sure, the spread is pretty tight I guess, but they have ridiculous slippages. It racks up my trading cost higher than it actually is. That is not the worse, I suspect that they also moving money within their platform- they will grab some through off-market exchange rates. Also, their customer service is unbelievably arrogant. They really don't care about you at all or your problem for that matter. They will happily take your deposit but took so long to do a withdrawal. Unbelieveable.

A big joke for sure! They have been nothing but disappointing me until today! In fact, several days ago, they execute an order that I did not request! How does that even happen I have no idea since I was inactive for a few days due to personal health (I caught Covid). I had to contact their customer service because the loss I suffered was not small at all! I tried to contact them via live chat and email, but they did not answer at all, it feels like the service is unavailable. I had to make a call, AN INTERNATIONAL CALL. Which cost me a lot so I am pretty angry now.

I had an unpleasant experience with the TickMill support team. Hope they can improve CS performance in the future.

ICMarkets what happened? Yesterday all of my accounts were INTERNALLY reduced to 50, although all of them are on 1:500 leverage. This only happened on MT4 and MT5 only, cTrader wasn't affected. I requested an urgent fix, but was left for 24 hours with many backs and forth. Only then did my account switch to its original state. They used to be very smooth. Now, even talking to the support team makes me stressed.
I don't understand why is it so hard to open a trading account with Tickmill. As far as I understand, I already provide them with all of the necessary documents. I sent my ID and my proof of residence. The ID was approved but not the proof of residence. That is true that my ID and proof of residence address don't match. But that is just because I have moved out! What else do I have to do for my account to be approved? Really bad experience and customer service.

I have some problems with the charts not moving during the volatile period. This has become such a problem because it happened more often than I want to admit. I contacted customer service but they keep saying that there is nothing wrong with the platform and said that it must be my internet. But that is not the problem, I don't have connection issues. I also open another position in a different broker and it moves just fine, so it's definitely not my fault.

So I have a one-year account in IC Markets, and before there wasn't an issue. But, recently I have been withdrawing a small amount (5% of a $20k account) of profit. That's when the issues started. They say they send you a confirmation email that needs to be dealt with in order to process the final stage of the withdrawal. Sadly the confirmation emails never come in. I already wrote an email to them, and I also have tried to talk to their customer support. Unfortunately, their solutions seem illogical or sometimes they just won't reply at all. I understand that ICMarkets is a huge brokerage with a lot of clients, and their customer service might be swamped by chats every day, but it's really frustrating when they don't reply at all.
However, several days ago they finally contacted their technical team and have apparently sent a few confirmation emails now all of which have mysteriously disappeared. I get all of their other emails including the occasional Daily Confirmation of trading emails. I have checked and there don't seem to be any problems happening on my end. The mystery is that only their confirmation emails don't appear. But I get every other emails that were sent to me. It's really odd.
