FxPro is, to my mind, one of the members of champions league in terms of brokerage services and trading platforms. I feel like it is a prestige to be one of their clients, because the services they offer is quite premium, from customer support to their trading platforms, the number of assets and the services you can use with your trading is totally elite.
Unfortunately, I cannot trust this broker based on my personal experience. I encountered an issue where an order I had canceled was still executed, resulting in a loss that I only discovered after it was closed. The customer service team was not helpful in resolving the matter. Additionally, if you plan on holding trades overnight, be cautious as I experienced significant slippage of up to 60 pips.
The availability of English support is inconsistent. The support team appears unresponsive and often redirects me to send emails instead, which defeats the purpose of having a support chat box.
This lack of reliability is concerning. Additionally, I have experienced the disappearance of my remaining deposit account balance after 3-6 months. Despite my attempts to seek an explanation or guidance, they have failed to respond satisfactorily or direct me to the appropriate channels.
I have heard nothing but good reviews for this broker, at least from what I have heard. But when I tried to open a live account with this broker, it was hard. For some reason, they keep rejecting my documents. I have only used my Passport as identity proof, but they keep rejecting it. Any tips for this?
I already contacted customer support, but they haven't given me a good solution other than to keep trying.
Dear Admiral Markets, I would appreciate it if you guys stopped with the spam email. You guys have top-notch quality but the marketing has been really aggressive toward me. I don't like the fact that they were calling me every now and then, trying to convince me to work with a manager. Like...I get it? But okay, let me make my own choice.
This broker has a good service, I'll give you that much. So far, I have been experiencing excellent service. However, there is one thing that truly annoyed me. The minute I signed up with Admiral Markets, I started receiving a lot of spam emails. As far as I am concerned, this is not an email to which I have subscribed. I did not consent to this. I feel very violated.
The broker I'm trading with is quick to process my withdrawals. I deposit and withdraw my funds in cryptos, so it doesn't take much time, a couple of hours on most occasions. And, since I've withdrawn my funds from my trading account into my crypto wallet plenty of times, I can say they are pretty safe and IC markets remain top rated in customer service.IC Markets offers their clients a variety of deposit and withdrawal options.
