They manipulated me

I lose money because they have an unfair way of trading. I recently filed a complaint on their website. I was killing it on demo, winning 85% of my trades.

But when I went live, it seemed like they had some underground coder who flipped all my wins to losses, making me lose all my invested money. I don't know, but it feels like they manipulated the prices, since it always happened when I'm about to win. This is also happened to several other traders as well. I don't get why they did this, but I had lose over $700 just these past 3 months.

I can't log in!!

I can't log in to my account. It's been 2 days, and I still couldn't get a hold of customer service. I have left a message in live chat but waiting for so long no reply as of writing here. They should have employed more live agents on weekends. It's getting really bad, I have an open position.

I love how it support online bank transfer

To support, this broker supports online bank transfers. However processed within 1 business day by TMGM, only during Australian business hours. The time needed for funds to be available in your account is also quite long, if 3-5 working days. In my opinion, this is quite long compared to other brokers that I have known, a maximum of 3 days of withdrawal. If withdrawals take too long, I feel apprehensive about depositing at this company. Because there is a possibility that funds will take a long time to process and there are higher obstacles.

Need better features

Why is it so hard to stop loss orders, I experienced trading losses because of this. Such features should be upgraded at this broker. During my time as a trader, this is the first time I have had trouble dealing with losses, just because the broker's features are not sophisticated enough. And yes why is the withdrawal taking so long, what's wrong here? I asked by calling but there hasn't been a satisfactory response. I just want certainty, so I'm not too worried and calmer in dealing with situations like this. If only there was a solution and a good response from the admiral.

Great analytical material, great education

Impeccable analytical material plus good educational services are the complete packages at this broker. This is what I felt the first time I tried Admiral. But why are the deposit fees quite high on some accounts? I feel uncomfortable and worried as a newbie client. The system is quite bad compared to other brokers, and a bit out of date. Only closing positions must be done manually, needing manual monitoring 24/7 again. Very tiring and enough to make me worry about losing funds again if a system like this continues.

Fast and easy

Well, registering for an account at Admiral is quite fast and easy, fully digital again and without the hassle. But yeah, it's a shame why there are fewer CFD instrument commodities than the others. It should be balanced because there are also a lot of people interested in these instruments (including me). But I really salute the team's support, quite professional, and answer technical questions easily. Everyone would like a quick response when there is a problem, this makes me feel safer and feel safe and comfortable in the admiral... Even so, it's a shame that stop-loss orders are not guaranteed at the broker. I'm a little worried...

Asking my refund

Brokers are very not recommended! Okay, here's my problem. So I opened a new account with HFM, had a minimum deposit of about $100, so I deposited $110. But then I realized that they don't offer much leverage or copy trading due to my country's regulations. So I asked for a refund and he wrote that I have to wait 10 days. It's been 16 days but my money hasn't come to me yet!

Dissapointing customer service

I can't comprehend how disappointed I am with Admirals customer service. I deposited my funds around a week ago and it still hasn't arrived in my accounts. Now, I actually have been trading with this broker for quite some time. This is actually the first time something like this happened. I don't think they scammed me, but what get's me upset is how the team treated my problem like it was nothing. I'm sure this is a technical problems but they can at least gives me a heads up or an update about my situations without me asking them first.

Not beginner friendly

Not a lot of leverage options at all. This only gives you 1:20 to 1:500 with a minimum deposit of $100 meanwhile the other can deposit $1. I admit that all their market tools are advancing and very modern. But again, because of leverage, I really had no choice, so I decided to stop trading there. It is not friendly for beginners. Meanwhile, other brokers can give me more leverage. Actually, I don't use high leverage, but with a high leverage option, I can make profits more often.

Experience bad slippage

Sorry to say, but TMGM, I had bad slippage and market executions! It didn't happen immediately but TWICE and me I LOSE A LOT of MONEY because of this situation. I don't know why I'm always late and if my order is always late and the price has changed! PLEASE FIX PLEASE FIX the slippage that occurs on your site. Too bad my stop loss or take profit is not working at all! I contacted your customer service but they did not respond well
