IC Market's server is totally unreliable. It froze when there is a big news release, it's a very important time for me. In fact, it froze for more than 15 minutes! How am I supposed to place an order like that? I know that the market is crazy during those times. But you would think that a company as big as IC Markets would prepare something to protect traders against that condition, not to mention they are regulated by ASIC. But nope! They just let it slide. It is very disappointing to loose huge during the most crucial time.

In the beginning, I had really high hopes for eToro because I heard they have great service. But, it turns out it's all lie. They advertise themselves as a free trading platform, but the spread and execution are truly awful. It doesn't stop there, their customer service is basically non-existence. Every time I ask about something all I get is automated copy and paste templates. Glad I haven't invested a lot of money in them or else I might lose my money. I might withdraw all of my money and move to another, better broker.

Well, I guess I'm not going to trade with Oanda anymore. They used to be so good and honest, but now they have changed and be like other brokers. Now, they have awful charts that are very jumpy and disrupt my strategy and analysis. They don't have trailing stops, instruments are really limited and generally awful. Worst of all, very poor technical support. How can one get a trading experience with such a company.

I have been stuck! I can't log in to my MT4 account since this morning and there is nothing I can do about it. First of all, I was trading with my desktop so everything is fine. I place buy positions and it all goes very smoothly. Now, because I have something to do outside, I have to switch to my phone. But I couldn't log in at all! This is messed up because I have to close the positions soon. I contacted customer service and they told me they would do something but they didn't do anything until I went home and close the position myself. I, of course, lose more than I intended.

Terrible! Here are the reasons why I decided to close my account in Oanda and noped out.
1. If you don't pay close attention to your positions, they can empty your account in no time for 'inactivity fee'
2. Terrible platforms! It's really buggy, laggy, and there are a lot of malware
3. Order executions geted
4. Customer supports is terible

Lately, I notice there is recurring server disconnects in Icmarket's trading platform. I have to say I am quite disappointed, I am a scalper and I can't say that these delays work in my favor at all. Sometimes the lag is over 20 seconds long, it's really annoying and it has cost me some losses. I have place stop loss but it didn't help at all, I'm not sure that it actually does something after all. I have talked to their customer assistance service, but I don't think it's really helping me. I wonder if other traders also experience this problem? I already checked my connections through several methods and I belive that there is no problem with my internet. So, it has to be a trouble on the Icmarket's side, not mine. The reason I didn't give them 1 star is because in the past they were very good and legit broker. I hope they can live up to their standard again.

They use to be a really good broker, but they since have changed and no I'm no longer trust them. Especially because their executions and customer service going downhill. Here are some of the reasons why I choose to withdraw my funds from them.
1. Numerous platforms freeze, even when it's not during news releases.
2. Frequent slippage which has cost me a lot.
3. Delayed confirmation of execution.
4. Platform going down during important news events.
5. This is personal but, they deducted funds from my credit card by mistake, wouldn't admit it. I had to contact my credit card company.
