Deposit And Withdrawal Problems


the worst support from the management.

I deposit 100$ which debit from account on 27th dec,2022 and I gave all the available proof with them when agent understand this actaul issue then they stop supporting you. may be block you. Now no one response over email the extrem thing is that I dont get customer support chat box window as well. but it is visible for another account. I have faced really bad exprinced. Still there is no update from them.

Never ever use this broker

Never ever use this broker, no matter how they sell their offers to you. Deposit is flawless but withdrawal is a pain in the ass. P.S. I have own an account with them for several months and this is not a 1 time occurrence in fact not a 20 time occurrence, it happens every time you make withdrawals I am using them because they offer PLN account. When you deposit they debit you immediately but when you want to withdraw they will send you a fake confirmation that your payment has been sent to their payment processor, and make you wait 1-2 days, at the end they will put the money back in your trading account and tell you that there is an error with their payment processor. Their motive is this, you will end up trading with the money they returned and losing it. To withdraw is like a war with them. I have screenshots and chats from them incase anyone wants to take this up especially the regulators. I am not the only victim here, I am sure there are others.

Nonexistance customer support

I am trading with DEMO Ac for the last 6 months and tried many times support assistance of Exness but failed. They don't reply my doubts properly. Always use some fixed questions and answers which is fixed in its main menu which is scripted only. I had asked the procedure of withdrawal they didn't able to satisfy me with their answer and out.

Problem with withdrawal

I've had a couple of smaller withdrawals in the past, and those took around 5 days to process. However, this time, I made a larger withdrawal, and it has been almost 3 weeks, but I haven't received it yet. I also submitted a support ticket, but it has been 4 days without any response. If anyone from the TFXI team is reading this, please prioritize and resolve my withdrawal issue. If my withdrawal is processed promptly, I'll gladly update my review to reflect the positive experience.

Hello, I can't withdraw my funds

I am very disappointed; why can't I withdraw my funds? Even though I tried it for 3 days, is there any error in the withdrawal system? I want to know. If it's like this I will feel worried about my funds in the company. Even if there is a network update, something like this should be resolved quickly. Of course, we as clients will panic and think badly of this broker. Hope it gets better.

I have trust issues, thanks to this broker

I have trust issues. Thank you TrumphFX customer support team for being so helpful during such a hard time.

The story was, that I needed to withdraw some money because of some bad things that happened to me in real life. But, as we all know, this broker was having some problems with their withdrawal. As a desperate attempt, I tried to contact customer service to help me. They really did! I received the money two days after I contacted them. Thank you so much!!

Their new policies confuse me

I am very confused right now. This company changed from fiat withdraw system to a blockchain system where all fiat holdings are converted to crypto currency. I hate this because it offered investors the option to take pennies on the dollar if they choose to withdraw quickly, which I'm sure many will. So far there hasn't been any 'real' solutions to this problems.

My withdrawal got cancelled, why?

After trading with them for a while, I finally manage to gain profits. Last week, I decided to withdraw a little bit from my profit, which is around $100. I think this is a reasonable amount. But when I requested my profit, they disqualified me for the stupid reason that I filled in another email address during account opening. Obviously, that account is mine and I have access to all of that. I am pretty sure they just want to make suffer and didn't want to give me my money. This is really messed up.

Slow withdrawal process

Very slow in the withdrawal process. Even though I received my money it took a few months after it was approved! Yes, after approval means before approval, when I withdraw I have to wait for the approval and then I still have to wait for it to be completed. What frustrates me the most is that the support ticket only answered me once on my first ticket! How can I trust you if your withdrawals and payments take so long? I don't know what happened, please fix it or I will quit TriumphFX

Missed payment deadline

It seems that many people are complaining about not being able to withdraw money on the Internet (its many forums and even social networks).
