Their tech support game is weak af, and they rarely know how to fix stuff because they lack the power to solve all the damn problems. Their Arabic tech support is practically non-existent, only working for a measly hour and only on Fridays. And don't even get me started on the bonus they give to Arab members – it's straight-up insufficient for all the effort and exhaustion we go through to participate in competitions and write topics. SMH.

One major flaw within the company lies in its bonus system, which has encountered numerous issues. For instance, the company specified in the competition announcement for the Forex Cup that participants would be rewarded with a certain number of cents for each publication of the competition announcement on other forums. Despite my active participation and relatively lower losses compared to other members, I have noticed discrepancies in the bonus payouts. There was a complaint from a fellow member who was supposed to receive $200, but they only received $50. This complaint remains unresolved on the forum to this day.

I hate how they still listed themselves as a PAMM provider, but they don't have this anymore. This is misleading information for any new clients out there. I'm lucky that I found out pretty quickly, if not then I may be in for a big surprise. They also claim to have good latency as well, but I find it pretty slow, there are even times when my order goted due to connections issue on their parts. But, other than that they are not bad. I mean they have good spreads and all that. They also have vast options for deposit and withdrawal as well.

so, I decided to join this company at the beginning of the year. At first, everything is really smooth.

But, everything changed once I try to withdraw.

They can't give me my money and just keep making excuses about why I can't withdraw my own money.

After 3 months of fighting to get my money, I give up and left.

So, I need a VPS since I keep having connection issues during the most important time. I do not think it's because the broker cheats on me. I already checked and it is indeed because of my connections.

I truly hope this broker has a VPS service that I can get. It would be great if I can get it for free. I tend to trade aggressively so I think I can fulfill the main requirements. However, I don't mind paying as well.

Does FXOpen offer educational support for new traders like me? I have been looking all over their official websites but I couldn't find it. If there is any, is it free for all clients or do I have to pay an extra fee for their courses? I pretty much prefer classes with more interactive methods such as webinars, but I won't mind podcasts since I listen to them while doing my schedules.

I am so disappointed to find out that FXOpen does not open a PAMM account anymore! I just wanted to Invest in PAMM or MAM account, not free trade. What's worse is that they still have it n their website, this is very misleading information. The original reason why I open an account is because of the PAMM. What should I do if they don't have it anymore, geez?

On the other hand, I have to say that opening an account in this broker was a bit better than some other sites I looked at. It's quick and simple, and I think even the novice trader can do it with no problem. However, for now, I will withhold my funds since I am not sure what to do with my account. I might take all my money and leave.

I grew my account from 19usd to 80usd and tried to withdraw the 80usd via an Atm card, but FXOpen refused to pay me even after deducting the money from my main wallet. It's been past the so-called "5 business days" they said I should wait for, not to talk of the rigorous "verification" process they put me through when I tried withdrawing via the same Atm card I used in making deposits numerous times. They always deducted the money almost instantly whenever I made a deposit, but when it came to making withdrawals, they put a chain on my neck. I have forfeited the money knowing full well that the name "FXOpen" will always ring "SCAM" in my ears. The funny thing is that most of the reviews on this site are by their employees. That's how low they stoop.

The only problem I have with this broker is the high spread. It's not really good for scalpers, but the other feature is fine. They have competitive commission fee
