Deposit And Withdrawal Problems

I almost had a problem with my withdrawal last month. Usually, my money will arrive in my bank account within a week or 5 business days. But this time it doesn't. It really stressed me out because I was withdrawing quite a lot of money at the time and it is really scary to lose that much money in a short time. But luckily I contacted the support team and they were able to help me out with it.

After months of trying, I can finally withdraw my own funds from this broker. While I am pretty happy with the results, I am actually sad that it took them more than three days after my request was approved to finally give me my OWN money. I understand that there seem to be some troubles regarding withdrawal in TriumphFX these days. So they are might be dealing with something. But, I would be glad if they can give me some notifications if my withdrawal will be late. I was panicking because I don't know what was happening.

How long does it usually take for our money to arrive after a withdrawal request? I have submitted my withdrawal request and it was a lot. My request has been approved so I wonder what is taking so long. Normally, it will arrive in my bank account within 3 business days. But, it has been 2 weeks and I still haven't got my money yet. From what I saw, it seems like this broker currently has some issues regarding withdrawal. Could that be the problem?

TriumphFX, please reply to my request. I received my ticket number about a month ago and I still haven't received any explanations regarding my withdrawal process. What is happening with you? I swear! This broker used to be so good and had the best service. But, I am not sure anymore now. I don't think I am the only one with this problem. I have seen many complaints about withdrawal here and there. I guess there is must be something that is happening to this company.

I keep having problems withdrawing my funds from this broker. It's been so long that I am now considering that it might be foul play. I have been waiting for three weeks and my approved payments haven't appeared in my account yet. Has this happened to anyone, yet? This seems to be a major problem since I have seen some people complaining about the same thing. Shouldn't they do anything about it?

IC Markets has one of the quickest and the best deposits, I'll give them that.

BUT

Their withdrawal is a whole different story. They give you many excuses why they decline your withdrawal and say they follow rules by regulators. For some reason, the same rules do not apply to deposits. Hmm, what a weird coincidence! Can someone please tell me which regulators allow brokers to hold their client's money like this? 

Today marks the 10th days I have been waiting for my withdrawal with no success. I have run out of patience to give for this broker. And please please don't tell me to call the customer service center because I already did. More than 3 times in fact. There still hasn't been anything happening regarding my request.

But, everything changed once I try to withdraw.

They can't give me my money and just keep making excuses about why I can't withdraw my own money.

After 3 months of fighting to get my money, I give up and left.

The first withdrawal in this broker happened so smoothly. But that is probably because I didn't took out too much money at the time. The second time I withdraw was 6 months after. I tries to withdraw twice the amount of my last withdrawal. But somehow it didn't went trough. My withdraw was approved but, I didn't receive the money even after 6 business days latter. So I submitted a request to the customer service. They told me to wait but there is nothing happened until today. It has been a month since. Will I ever see my withdrawal again?

I love how smoothly their trading terminal goes. So far this is the best trading experience I have ever tried. Transactions are executed quickly, which makes it the cherry on top. The only disappointing thing is that there is just one way to deposit and withdraw funds, which is by bank transfer. This does not make sense in my opinion, especially considering this is a very big broker. I hope that the company's management will come to its senses and expand the range of payments.
