Deposit And Withdrawal Problems

I'm starting to believe this company vanished into thin air. Every email I send bounces back. The spreads were fantastic. The deposit options were on point – it was like a dream compared to the other brokers I've dealt with before. But out of the blue, total radio silence.

I am deeply frustrated with OctaFX, and I strongly suspect that they have transformed into a scam company. On September 26th, I deposited 25,000 PKR into my account, and since then, I have submitted over 15 deposit requests. Shockingly, every single one of them has been declined.

Their reason for declining is absurd. They claim they couldn't find the payment in their system, despite me providing them with ample payment proof. This situation is beyond frustrating, and it's becoming increasingly clear that something is seriously wrong with OctaFX's operations. I demand a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this issue.

FirewoodFX is like a well-decorated but deceptive forex providers. Initially, they may appear expertly accommodating, but their true intentions become evident as they actively encourage the depletion of your deposit. They often recommend deals with significant volumes that are clearly unprofitable. It's a simple scheme, and one should exercise caution to avoid falling into their trap.

There is not withdrawal option please note this. You need take approval from these. Scam people which will never happen
If you insist for withdrawal they will advice to open a deal against the market trends and you will lose all you funds in one deal. marketpeace, net help me recover my funds from them.

They dont approve your withdrawal for days and months and give reasons on every mail u deliver.

There License given in the site is fake... kindly mail to the licensing agency and check... recently changed there name to BIGMOFX...they will convince and loot you...you never ever able to withdraw your fund back 

One moment I was very depressed and I was thinking about giving up trading. Because I was not able to fund or withdraw money from my account because of banks. And I have been constantly saying that for Olymp Trade we need ways to fund and get money back. it is way better than other brokers but sometimes there can be coincidences that not letting us use available methods!

It's truly disheartening to see the crypto coin TriumphFX introduced, which we invested in six months ago, plummet from 80 cents to a mere 2 cents.

Compounding the issue, the company converted all our USD into this now practically worthless coin.

Consequently, countless customers find themselves trapped with hundreds of thousands of dollars stuck in this investment, unable to withdraw their funds.

Unless you wish to witness the devaluation of your dollar from one to two cents, the situation is undeniably distressing.

These people are ruining other people's lives and it's unfair.

I must admit, i was ignorant initially and they punished me for it. FxGiants has such an Unregulated company condition,the CFD conditions are not specified, uselessly High minimum. I INVESTED over $50,000.00 ALL gone they didn't allow me to withdraw my own money, They made it easy to lodge documents and deposit but when you ask for your money back or send multiple emails for support, they are no where to be found. I contacted as many authorities but nothing happened Anyway after months of seeking means to get back my money from these criminals I lodged a complaint to refundback.org a chargeback expert I heard about on Trustpilot, and suprisingly they retrieved over $34,000 in  a forthnight..

They took out time and explained the whole process, half of which I didn't understand before but surprisingly got my money back.

It's disheartening to experience 16 days since the withdrawal was approved without receiving my USDT. I've been reaching out to the support team through multiple tickets, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response in the past two weeks. It's quite frustrating not knowing what's going on. Overall, everything else seems fine, but the customer service aspect is definitely a downside. I hope Triumph takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to its customer service in the future. If they can resolve my problem and ensure I receive my USDT, I'll be more than willing to update my rating accordingly.
