I actually have been trading with IC Markets for a while but there is something that I just can't understand. Recently I have been having problems with my bank account (I used a bank transfer). However, I need to withdraw some money from my account. So I requested a withdrawal to another payment platform which is Skrill. But, my withdrawal request can't be approved as they said I have to use the same method as my deposits. Which is insane in my opinion! Why do we have to use the same methods for this?
Francis Myers: Yeah, that's correct. This is due to our withdrawal rule, for example, you deposit 200 using a Card, and 500 using Skrill, and earned 1,000 profit. In this case, you want to withdraw the profits via Bank transfer. You would need to withdraw 200 using a Card and 500 using Skrill. Once you've submitted those two requests only then you can withdraw the 1,000 profit using Bank transfer. Please keep in mind though they are only totals and you do not need to withdraw them all at once.
