Great Customer Support but still a little bit slow. I had some issues while I was setting up my account on ICMarkets, so I had to go through the live chat to get some assistance. It took 10 minutes to wait for their customer support after for 1 minute to question some bots. Although after the live agent give me some solutions and show me some steps in setting up my account, I think waiting for 10 minutes is a little bit too long. Maybe ICMarkets need more live chat agent I guess, so they can help me as a new user of them. By the way, The customer support (Live Chat) seems very competent, reliable, and fast thinking and that is a plus point for ICMarkets.
