Customer service is nice when you chat with them. However support through email could improve. Sometimes there is no reply until you remind them or the reply is very late. I like their daily confirmation emails.

On a daily basis, I follow Hantec website and it is useful and comprehensive for all information. Also, by receiving a daily email, it will benefit the current market situation. MT4 app usage is easy and great.
