hi my name is Rayan  and i am ic markets client and have deposited more than 5000at usd with them but let me tell you one thing very clear that they have very non professional cutsmoer support they dont even bother to reply for 5 to 10 days if u face any problem like negtive balance or you have issue with your withdraw or you order didnt hit like seriously you have deposited your hard earned funds with them and they give a fuck to it.

I have been trying numerous platforms across many different brokers over the years. IC markets provides the best in terms of flexibility, support and customer care. Two days ago, I had a problem with my trading account which was my fault and the client service solved my problem in 5 minutes. quick response and friendly. great support team.

I think this broker has one of the worst deposit systems ever. Of all my time trading here (which is around 6 months), there was never a time where there isn't a problem with my deposit. My money won't show up in my trading account and I have to contact customer service to take care of it. Every time! without fail! They will also ask for proof that I actually was making a deposit. I feel like this should be in the system. They have ZERO daily cash sweeping process in place, if you don't call in to claim your deposit, the burden is on YOU, the customer to prove that you made a deposit. Other than that, this broker is actually pretty okay.

So, I am a new trader and I just started joining Pepperstone a while ago. Well, about 2 months to be exact. During these 2 months, I just realized that I have accidentally applied to the wrong trading account which resulted in all my trading doesn't go as much as I had planned. I wonder if there is any chance of me switching to a different trading account type. If it's possible, who am I supposed to contact? Is it possible to do it through customer service support?

So I have a question for TriumphFX. I actually submitted these questions to the customer support team but they haven't given me a clear answer yet. I actually apply to the TriumphFX community trading a while ago and at first, it feels amazing. I subscribe to a good signal provider and it gives me good results mostly. But, lately, I don't think I want to trade with him again since his strategy has put me at risk. Will there be any extra charge if I switch to another signal provider? Thank you.

So far, I am highly content with the services offered by the company, and I want to emphasize that any lack of profitability in my trading endeavors is solely my responsibility. It is important to acknowledge that mastering the art of trading is a challenging task. And Admiral's service is pretty much supported that.

Why don't Admirals have 24 hours customer service? I live on the other side of the country, their working hours can very well be my ing hours and vice versa. They are often offline when I actually need them.

Not to mention, they took a really long time replying to my email as well, sometimes it can be very urgent. Is there any other way to talk to the customer service?

Does ThinkMarkets have good customer service support? What kind of platforms can I reach them from besides emails? Preferably the one that they can answer instantly.

Perhaps this is a trivial matter for other people, but for me, it is actually very important. I had the opportunity of meeting very bad customer service when I was having a huge problem with my trading account.

This has led to an immense loss on my part and I do not want to lose a lot of money just because the support system can't reply on time.

I was gaining a big profit but suddenly this broker close my positions without any further explanations. In the end, I lost a lot of money, it was a long-term position too! I was pouring all my blood and sweat into this trade.

Worse things happened when I decided to contact the customer support team. They swear up and down that they didn't know anything about it. Well, I honestly don't care. I just want them to do something. They just keep me waiting for a long time to finally tell me that there is nothing they can do about it.

To say that I'm disappointed would be an understatement. That was a lot of money.

So, last week I stumbled upon some problem with my MT4 account. I couldn't log in for an hour, luckily I don't have any open positions that I need to close at the time. However, I was about to place an order, this has caused me to lose a huge opportunity. I did try to contact the customer service via live chat, but I am not sure why does it take a really long for them to reply to me? Is there any other way, perhaps a quicker way for me to contact customer service? Time is very important for me.
