I am a new trader. Naturally, I don't have enough knowledge about trading and what makes a good broker. So, I need to find a broker that is suitable for beginners. Things that I would consider are:
1. Low minimum deposits with no fee
2. Tight spreads
3. Educational materials
4. Good customer services

Like a seller who does not understand about the product they are selling. Their CS sometimes cannot explain the OP price, or when the chart formed is different from other brokers. Overall, IC Markets is pretty good. But there are many other better brokers.
It's fascinating how IC Markets easily took my deposit but having a really hard time with my withdrawal. Which I don't understand considering I am pretty sure that I have fulfilled all the conditions. I understand that sometimes withdrawal can be slow and there is a process to be taken care of. But it's been two weeks since my request was accepted and I still haven't heard any update. Even the customer service doesn't really do anything to help me out of this mess. It's really troubling me.
I can't log in to my account since yesterday, there is no information about maintenance or anything regarding this error. For information, I mainly use my MT5 accounts, but I also own an MT4 and cTrader account as well. All of them have the same problems. I have contacted customer service through live chat, but I haven't got any useful information. Has anyone ever experienced similar problem?

So, in the beginning, I trust ICMarkets deeply just because they provide a great solution for me (small spreads and great commission fees). But that is all changed when I found out that they were withdrawing money from my account for no valid reasons. So, I was surprised when I found out, I ask them about it and they were having a hard time answering although I can understand because they are just customer service. But, they never gave any explanation for that withdrawal. Swap charges were already accumulating and that was also too high. I am taking up the matter further but in the meantime, I would like advice all of you guys, please be aware with this.

Usually, I never experienced any problem with Ic Markets, but I feel like they have changed lately. Normally my withdrawal request would be quickly processed and I will get my money within a short period of time but not this time. I submitted my request a week ago and they decline me. I thought it was weird but I tried again and I got declined again. So I asked the customer service, and it took a while for the operator to answer it. They said sorry they mistakenly declined my withdrawal. The next thing I know, my withdrawal was processed smoothly. I hope this will be the last time it happened.

My first impression of Blueberry Market is, that they are definitely geared towards more professional traders as opposed to retailers and beginners. They have very friendly and helpful customer service. The spreads on the raw account are quite good, although you can find tighter ones if you look around. However, I suspect that they are sharing my personal information (phone and name) with dubious third parties without my consent. Which is really annoying because I'm starting to get phone calls from dubious people and offering me 'legit investment'.

Lately, IC Market trading platforms have been acting up. Last night it was freezing for about 40 minutes. I contacted customer service but they said there aren't any problems. So I wonder if it's just me?

Creating a trading account in Blueberry Market is super easy. It only takes a few steps and you can starts trading immediately. But, withdrawal can be a very annoying process. Such a waste of time. I had to contact support several times even though the bank wire transfer is within Australia. Yes, they have good customer support and actually trying to help me. But I guess in the end it's all according to the higher up. When the higher-ups don't budge, I don't think I will get my money. I will be giving them 3 stars for now, because in the end they still let me withdraw albeit difficult.
