Can I reset my account?

So, I have questions and this is a little bit embarrassing for me. I had an account in TriumphFX, but because I got very busy moving last month I hadn't opened it at all. Now I forgot my MT4 account password. Is it possible to reset it? Will I lose all of my data? I have asked the customer service team but it seems like they got very busy. I haven't got an answer at all from last week, so I decided to ask in another forum.

Thank you for helping me solve withdrawal problem

I almost had a problem with my withdrawal last month. Usually, my money will arrive in my bank account within a week or 5 business days. But this time it doesn't. It really stressed me out because I was withdrawing quite a lot of money at the time and it is really scary to lose that much money in a short time. But luckily I contacted the support team and they were able to help me out with it.

Need 24 hours customer service

So far I had an amazing experience with TriumphFX. All of my trades were executed smoothly, I can never ask for anything else. However, I have to say that this broker is not perfect. For once, their customer service isn't open for 24 hours, so it's a little hard for me who trades around the day. Sometimes I will get problems when trading in the middle of the night and no one can answer my call. But, other than that, I don't have any problems with them at all.

Why doesn't this broker let me close my positions??? I open three trading positions and all three of them are profiting. I was trying to close it and get some profit, but it won't let me!

I tried to contact customer service and it's no use. My positions are now at loss; for some reason, I CAN close them. So annoying!!

They keep saying that somebody will get back to me, but no one ever did. I understand that my problem might be minor but that doesn't mean I should push it aside, am I?

Honestly, I don't know if they have a support team for my country or not. Because this problem has been happening for more than one. This is disappointing.

Hi, I would like to know what was happening with the customer service with this broker. Up until several days ago, they are still giving me the best treatment. But, now? Not anymore.  It seems that the ONLY channel of communication between clients and triumph is the support ticket lacks responsiveness recently. If there is a problem with it, at least you guys should tell me beforehand. I was having trouble and I don't know where to get help. Although, the problems have been managed now (I did it myself).

Today marks the 10th days I have been waiting for my withdrawal with no success. I have run out of patience to give for this broker. And please please don't tell me to call the customer service center because I already did. More than 3 times in fact. There still hasn't been anything happening regarding my request.

Why does this broker not answering my questions? In fact, my support ticket is not answered for the last 3 to 4 weeks. Why would you even give tickets and then ditch your traders like this? Back in the day, the support teams will faithfully follow up and close the ticket so everybody can move on quickly. But these days their customer service is almost non-existent. I have to write down reviews here and there because I am so upset due to their lack or care for their customers.

The first withdrawal in this broker happened so smoothly. But that is probably because I didn't took out too much money at the time. The second time I withdraw was 6 months after. I tries to withdraw twice the amount of my last withdrawal. But somehow it didn't went trough. My withdraw was approved but, I didn't receive the money even after 6 business days latter. So I submitted a request to the customer service. They told me to wait but there is nothing happened until today. It has been a month since. Will I ever see my withdrawal again?

Service à la clientéle nul je n'ai que des problémes depuis que j'ai embarqué avec eux et personne pour répondre à vos problémes ou on vous répond des jours aprés et on ne vous donne jamais de suivi . Actuellement je n'ai aucun controle sur mon compte pourtant j'ai des positions ouvertes et mon analystes ne répond jamais

je ne recommande vraiment pas j'espére juste me tirer de là
