What do you think about Tickmill? I read that there was a problem with its WD. Is it really like that?

So I am using a welcome account in Tickmill which I thought was a bargain. I was wrong. Here is the thing, I had some small profit from that account so of course, I want to withdraw it. But they told me if I want to withdraw I need to deposit some money. Now, normal people must realize that this is a red flag, but not me. Since my trading experience was very good during that time, I thought why not? After all, this looks like a good broker I can rely on. But then boom they told you opened a welcome account several times and without further investigation, they block my account and did not listen to whatever I clarified on my behalf. Oh, the fund? yeah forget it, I won't be getting it.

I recently won a small trading contest from Tickmill and I really grateful for the experience and small gift. But honestly, they are one of the best brokerages I have ever traded with. I have been trading with them since 2018, and since then their quality keep improving for the better. I think this broker is good for scalpers since their order execution speeds are very quick, and they also have tight spreads. Not to mention deposits and withdrawals are very smooth here. I would suggest anyone who wants to test out their trading skills to try the Tickmill trading contest. It's really good for your experience.

Is it safe to trade on Tickmill since it is being regulated by Seychelles?

Tickmill is such a great broker. They are reliable and have the fastest funding + withdrawal process. I've been trading with Tickmill for more than 3 years now.

Is Tickmill good?

I requested a withdrawal in January, and it is May. But I haven't heard anything from it. I wasn't gonna withdraw a lot of money it was only around $1000. I had contacted their customer service again but they keep telling me to wait. For how long? I don't know. It shouldn't be this long.

I was interested in Tickmill because of all the good comments about them. But I soon find out that they are not like what I think they were.

1. Overcomplicating the registration process by not accepting documents.

2. Terrible customer support, took a long time to even reply and ignore my questions.

3. Customer support doesn't explain why they rejected my documents even though any other broker accept them. If they can explain it, I could fix it but they don't.

I am very angry about this.
