Slippages and Requotes - Forex Broker Testimonials

I want to lodge a serious complaint about their professional/zero accounts – it's a total scam. Plus, once you switch, you can't go back to the standard account because the spreads are three times larger than what other brokers offer.

Unless they fix the problem of overcharging on commission and being dishonest about it, I'd strongly advise everyone to steer clear until these issues are resolved. This is a typical issue with foreign brokers; they seem to lack any ethical values. It's disheartening that they resort to dishonest practices, and it's akin to outright scamming, especially when dealing with people in call centers for their livelihoods.

My journey with scalping the news on Pepperstone hasn't been great over the past few months. I've been encountering significant slippage issues, and despite reaching out to them about it, their response has been that it's unavoidable because their system always aims to buy at the best available price.

While it seems like everyone else is making profits from their trades, I've been consistently losing money every day. What's more frustrating is that instead of actively addressing these ongoing problems, they keep offering excuses.

I'm seriously considering switching to another trading platform as soon as I can.

Initially, their customer support proved to be quite accommodating. I encountered issues such as requotes, frequent disconnections, and considerable difficulty in contacting their support; it seemed that their lines were persistently occupied.

Despite reaching out to their support team for assistance, I was informed that slippage is unavoidable as their system aims to execute trades at the best available price.

This consistent slippage has resulted in frequent losses for me while others seem to profit from their trades. It's disheartening that Pepperstone hasn't made any genuine attempts to address and resolve these ongoing issues. Instead, they have provided excuses, which is not the level of service I expected.

Due to these persistent problems and the lack of satisfactory solutions, I have made the decision to switch to another trading platform as soon as possible. It's essential to have a reliable and transparent trading environment, especially when engaging in scalping strategies.

I hope to find a platform that better meets my expectations and provides a smoother trading experience without the ongoing slippage issues I encountered on Pepperstone.

I wanted to close my account today. But for some reason, I had difficulty withdrawing the last of my funds. Meanwhile I'd like to warn people so that they won't be another victim. Fx Optimax is a total scam, don't fall for those fake reviews. They mess up trades, re-quote all the time, and hit you with crazy spreads

Sorry to say, but TMGM, I had bad slippage and market executions! It didn't happen immediately but TWICE and me I LOSE A LOT of MONEY because of this situation. I don't know why I'm always late and if my order is always late and the price has changed! PLEASE FIX PLEASE FIX the slippage that occurs on your site. Too bad my stop loss or take profit is not working at all! I contacted your customer service but they did not respond well

No slippage control! They like to ignore your limited orders. No partial execution of limit orders. This broker is a clear B-book broker who just wants to force the use of market orders to settle money on the roll bar and your account is dead on slippage. Best hope you don't make an order with more liquidity than is available in the markets. The Slippage is just out of control, too many happen and for the scalpers this broker is horrendous.

While I truly believe that IC Markets has one of the best spreads among all of the other brokers out there, the slippage can truly be bad. Sometimes I can be slipped multiple times from 10-30 points. It is really bad compared to any other brokers that I have tried before. Of course, I contacted customer service. But, they are;t giving any help at all. They said it was because of the market's conditions. Which is a bit odd considering the market was pretty okay at the time. Was it the latency? I have no idea, but it is disappointing.

After using this broker for a while I realize that there is huge slippage which is affecting all my trades. This is getting worse for me since I am using an expert advisor. Sometimes the position of the price opening will is wrong and the closing price will be wrong, in this case I mean that both are not the same as I requested. This has caused so many issues regarding my trading and I ended up losing a lot.

Another issue I experience is the spread. I trade with them because IC Markets said that they have low spread trading yadda yadda. But, in reality, I often experience a bigger spread than what it promised in the beginning. The differences sometimes reach more than 5 dollars. This has made some of my winning trades hit the stop loss. I don't know if this is a technical error or not, but the fact that it happened a lot has made me doubt it. I even have trust issues now because of it.

I thought they would be a great and honest broker, but in the end, they're just like the rest of them. Really let me down with empty promises. Sure, the spread is pretty tight I guess, but they have ridiculous slippages. It racks up my trading cost higher than it actually is. That is not the worse, I suspect that they also moving money within their platform- they will grab some through off-market exchange rates. Also, their customer service is unbelievably arrogant. They really don't care about you at all or your problem for that matter. They will happily take your deposit but took so long to do a withdrawal. Unbelieveable.
