I can't log in to my account. It's been 2 days, and I still couldn't get a hold of customer service. I have left a message in live chat but waiting for so long no reply as of writing here. They should have employed more live agents on weekends. It's getting really bad, I have an open position.

I can't comprehend how disappointed I am with Admirals customer service. I deposited my funds around a week ago and it still hasn't arrived in my accounts. Now, I actually have been trading with this broker for quite some time. This is actually the first time something like this happened. I don't think they scammed me, but what get's me upset is how the team treated my problem like it was nothing. I'm sure this is a technical problems but they can at least gives me a heads up or an update about my situations without me asking them first.

I must express my utmost disappointment and grave concern regarding the handling of my withdrawal request, as well as the evident lack of proper regulation. Despite reaching out to the support team consistently for over 20 days, I have yet to receive the full funds as requested.

To make matters worse, the support team informed me that only a mere $21 has been credited to my account, leaving the remaining amount unaccounted for. This is an alarming situation that should not be tolerated, especially after such an extensive period of waiting and following-up.

As professionals, we expect a timely and accurate resolution to our financial transactions. This extended and incomplete response are completely unacceptable.

I make a deposit using credit cards a while ago. This is not my first time using this method to deposit some funds into my trading account. Usually, I don't have problems and my funds arrive safely. But for some reason these days I keep having trouble with it. It took about a week to settle this problem and I lost a lot of good opportunities because of it. I call customer support service but they sems can't do anything about it. This is such a shame for a broker as big as IC Markets. I truly hope they fixed this soon.

I can't believe how wide their spread becomes, especially on indices. Sure, the market's volatility may play some role in this case. But, even then, it is still way too big that it's supposed to be. It also seems difficult to place orders and stop near the current price. I am not sure if they have rules regarding this. But do enlight me if anyone knows about it. I tried to ask customer service these questions, but they aren't answering anything about it. It's seriously frustrating. They only send me codes but never do anything about it.

Their customer service actually is a good solver. What I liked most was that they can respond with great fast responses. But I notice that some issues including slippage sometimes make me very awful and want to leave IC Market. It is just like all the close position point that I insert is of no use anymore it happens a few time and it is really annoying.

I have serious concerns about the IC market. In fact, everything looks very smooth at IC Markets at first. Deposits, withdrawals, customer service, promotions, and more. All is well, but I decided to quit IC Markets about 18 months ago because they are not flexible enough. For a small broker like me, I have always traded a lot, and I have noticed an increase in slippage on IC Markets. In other words, slippage is a frequent occurrence in the IC market. Seems like the slippage is in their favor, as always!

Live chat replies are fast, but I think their support guys really don't know what my problem is and are confused about to reply! Terrible experience with a live agent! All they say is email and someone keeps letting you know about your problem but after that no one ever let me know! My deposit just went! And your live agent just says the transfer is incomplete without further action. In fact, accessing customer service is easy, but it's not the solution!

Hey, I haven't been able to log in to my account for a week! I already contacted customer service but they haven't responded yet. Which frustrates me a lot since I have open positions.

I don't understand what's the point of having a chat room if y'all not gonna answer quickly. I also tried the email but I am not sure if they even checked at all.

I know that you guys have TONS of traders here, but I am one of them too. I don't trade much I know, but that shouldn't be why y'all haven't answered my questions, right?

So, my money keeps getting stuck and I can't get it out for some reason. However, this broker just keeps making claims and blaming my bank for it. That isn't true because my other broker can do the transaction just fine. So it's definitely their fault. They still didn't do anything even after I told them about it. They just keep saying the same thing over and over again it's frustating.
