XM Broker Testimonials

I encourage traders of this broker to explore the entire platform. XM offers a lot of tools and features that can help a traders experience. Starting from the education on the platform which is great, the broker also offers several bonuses and intruiging trading account types. On top of that, there is copy trading here, and a couple of contests that confident traders can participate in to win some cash. It is not the main point of trading but it is an added perk.
Might not be the easiest to get used to but then, once you get a hang of the platform, there's much that you can do.

That is a full-fledged trading platform. Srsly, I can't even think of something missing here.
Over a thousand of trading instruments, nice leverage size and quite tasty bonuses.
When I entered trading with the XM, I had already had a solid sum of money, so I received their two-tier bonus that included 50% + 20% at once. It's an appealing thing to increase capital under operation this way.

Best support I ever had from a broker.

Very disappointed in this broker. Last week I was trying out their platform. Not wanting to spend money too much, I only took a small position. I manage to gain a little profit. Feeling satisfied, I decided to withdraw that tiny amount. However, within a few hours, they sent an e-mail stating that they had deemed my transaction invalid and closed the account. I was appalled. I have never in my life experienced this.

XM's fees and spreads are low, but some products are still high. When trading EUR/USD, Europe CFDs, and S&P 500 CFDs, we can see spreads as low as 0, with the exception of the European 50 CFDs during peak trading, which is a spread of 2.6 points. However, the S&P 500 CFD only charges 0.7 pips during peak trading hours. Recommended? For me, if you trade some instruments there. And remember, you need to find good instrument that suitable for you.

I am very interested in joing XM. But, I have a few questions, especially regarding the deposits.

1. What payment methods I can use to fund my accounts (as well as withdrawals)?

2. What kind of currencies does XM accept for account fundings?

3. Is there any minimum amount of money I can withdraw?

I am always interested in the broker's bonuses and promotions program. Sometimes I can get really lucky by joining these programs. Now, I heard that Xm offers a loyalty program of some sort. I am interested in the details. I have traded with them for about 6 months but I wasn't an active trader in XM. Am I still eligible for the loyalty programs? I know I have to collect some kind of loyalty points but I want to know how do I upgrade my loyalty status and what benefits would I get for it.

I take back all my bad reviews about them. Kudos to customer service for helping me fixed the problems! Thank you so much for all your support. But, I do hope stuff like this won't happen again anytime in the future. 

The story: I made a withdrawal and the money didn't show that it was from XM, so I thought they were scammers. This happened twice. Because the next day I did the exact same thing and the money still didn't show up. So, I contacted customer support. I was panicking at this point because that was a lot of money y'all. Thankfully, they were pretty quick in responding to my complaint. They told me to make another request and the next day my money has arrive!

I have never been more disappointed in my life before. I started trading with XM a while ago and recently deposit some funds into my account and it doesn't appear in my account. I thought it's gonna take a while so I waited, but it turns out it never appear. And while later I tried to check my account and I couldn't log in! What is happening? Was my account got deleted??
