I have been using Oanda apps for at least three months now and there is a reason why I don't think I want to continue trading with them. First of all the app was super laggy, it is really annoying when you want to place a position. It took a long time just to open the charts, how am I supposed to build my strategy if I can't even see the charts? I can understand if it's happened once in a while or even during news releases. But this happens more often than I wish it would. I had to switch strategies because of this, then I became quite successful. But then Oanda closed my positions without any notice at all! I ask them through live chat and they said it's their right to do so! They didn't even bother to give me explanations. Truly the best broker of the century.

So far the best broker you can ever find. I must appreciate how their customer support service is always online and ready to answer all my questions. Also, the spreads and order execution works flawlessly. Deposit and withdrawal also go smoothly. The only downside is I think this broker has a limited number of accounts created by the same person, so keep that in mind. That being said, I don't think it's a problem for me, but it might be a dealbreaker for other people.

So, I am a new trader and I don't have that much experience when it comes to trading. I tried IC Markets because I heard they have the best spreads. Funny thing is, I have no idea how to open an account and how to start trading. I ask their customer service about it and they are surprisingly very helpful. They also inform me about the amazing webinars for traders that IC Markets held every once in a while. I learn a lot from their educational material. In the beginning I use their demo account and it was amazing as well as simple. But, thanks to the training I now start trading in raw accounts.

I believe that ICMarkets has falsely advertised their withdrawal system. I don't understand what happened, but my money disappear only to 'mysteriously appear' at the Automatic Trading section of the MT4 to cause a radical change in the results of operations. Right now I have reported them to the ASIC regulation, but I don't think there will be any help at all.

I was interested in Tickmill because of all the good comments about them. But I soon find out that they are not like what I think they were.

1. Overcomplicating the registration process by not accepting documents.

2. Terrible customer support, took a long time to even reply and ignore my questions.

3. Customer support doesn't explain why they rejected my documents even though any other broker accept them. If they can explain it, I could fix it but they don't.

I am very angry about this.

It feels like they are going downhill, IC Markets used to be one of the best brokers that are honest and care about traders. Now they are just like any other brokers out there. I just deposited some funds in my account and quite a lot too, around $5000. Then I got busy with real-life things and I didn't even touch my account. Recently I got some time to check my account, I was so surprised to see that I have lost some money (around $900 or so). How can that even be possible when I'm not even opening any positions? Although have spoken to support they do not seem like they want to help me to even restore my funds to allow me to trade. For now, I'll give them 2 stars, but once my funds have been restored I will change it back depending on the service, I am still mad tho.

I have been stuck! I can't log in to my MT4 account since this morning and there is nothing I can do about it. First of all, I was trading with my desktop so everything is fine. I place buy positions and it all goes very smoothly. Now, because I have something to do outside, I have to switch to my phone. But I couldn't log in at all! This is messed up because I have to close the positions soon. I contacted customer service and they told me they would do something but they didn't do anything until I went home and close the position myself. I, of course, lose more than I intended.

Has ICMarket changed? They used to be so good and honest, now they are just like any other broker. I haven't been active for a while due to private reasons. For some reason, they open a free swap account on my behalf, without me knowing. There is nothing bad with an Islamic account, but I would rather open it myself if I want it. I notice lately my stop-loss order wasn't triggered while in the past there was nothing wrong with it. I thought this must be some kind of a mistake, but it keeps happening, so something wrong is going on.

Fast deposit and withdrawal using credit cards. I have been only working with them for a month but I am very happy. Everything is according to what they advertise. The only thing I'm not too keen on is the limited account you can create.

Lately, I notice there is recurring server disconnects in Icmarket's trading platform. I have to say I am quite disappointed, I am a scalper and I can't say that these delays work in my favor at all. Sometimes the lag is over 20 seconds long, it's really annoying and it has cost me some losses. I have place stop loss but it didn't help at all, I'm not sure that it actually does something after all. I have talked to their customer assistance service, but I don't think it's really helping me. I wonder if other traders also experience this problem? I already checked my connections through several methods and I belive that there is no problem with my internet. So, it has to be a trouble on the Icmarket's side, not mine. The reason I didn't give them 1 star is because in the past they were very good and legit broker. I hope they can live up to their standard again.
