How much do the inactivity fees cost in ThinkMarkets? Also, how long should an account be inactive for it to be charged with inactivity fees? The thing is I have just recently started trading in this broker and I think I have about $300 in my account balance.

But I have to take care of real-life business and I might not be able to trade for a while. If ThinkMarkets does charge inactivity fees, will they take it out of my balance or will they send me an invoice? I am a new trader so I don't have much knowledge about this.

In the beginning, they were a very good company, Trusted, honest, and have a very exquisite customer support system. But, then somehow they changed, and I started to have difficulties trying to withdraw money from this broker. Then they have a very high slippage in the spreads, more than 300% in some cases. This company has dropped a lot in quality and it's getting worse. A lot of my order wasn't executed properly, causing me to lose a lot of important opportunities. I don't know what happened, but I am not sure if I want to come back.

Thinkmarkets have a friendly platform. It's easy to use even for new trader like me.

Just had the best experience of broker customer service in my life. I was actually afraid that they will ghost me and make me feel helpless, but no, ThinkMarkets actually cares a lot. Also, I just found out that they have a youtube account with interesting content. I'd suggest anyone who wants to study more about the market to check it out.

For me, customer service is very important, and ThinkMarkets deliver! They have one of the best customer services I have ever tried. It's really easy to communicate, and I hope they stayed that way. Another thing I like about this broker is that they have instant deposit, now I don't have to be anxious waiting for my funds to appear on my account anymore.
