I have been using IronFX for a while, the interface is excellent. Deposits and withdrawals are fast. They offer competitive commissions for certain account types. However, the lack of transparency about the minimum deposit creates a minus.

you noticed those spreads? they are super tight. I ain't know about all accs but No commission is awesome. the broker claims that it has spreads from 0.9 pips, but once I decided to trade some majors during calm times in the market after drastic volatility, spreads were about 0.6 pips.
taking accs with commission, then they are quite high, but I guess majority prefers spreads.

At first in my review I wanted to write only about trading account I use. It's trading account with STP/ECN type of execution. It has many advantages and unfortunately a small leverage. This is not a significant disadvantage and I am ready to continue trading.

Ironfx is appropriate for any kind of trading apropos as far as I'm concerned. I myself use only short term trading so it's hard to evaluate, but looking at the trading conditions I can see how I can trade positionally without any problems.
And even the algorithmic trading is accessible here.

I am just thankful to the broker for spreads... They are very tight, so by the end of each trading day I don't clutch at head and ask myself where all my money went. I don't even feel how spreads are charged, either because of the time when I trade, or because of their tightness. Or both, ha.
