Like a seller who does not understand about the product they are selling. Their CS sometimes cannot explain the OP price, or when the chart formed is different from other brokers. Overall, IC Markets is pretty good. But there are many other better brokers.

I've been trading with IC Markets for a while and I have such an amazing user experience. Even with a simple appearance, if you rely more on functional effects, the trading platform and facilities at IC Markets can meet your expectations. Even though it looks and looks very ordinary, I can still feel the IC Markets facilities well.

Standard features are not that special. Standard promotion, almost none. Everything is pretty basic. I think thats because they already established their name as a good broker.

So glad that my friend recommends IC Markets to me. They have really good customer support too. I am experiencing the fastest order excecution. Many benefits with their broad vary of currencies. They also had a good spread too.

I can recommend IC Markets to people around me. They are such a good broker. Many currencies options, and platforms too.

I have no complaints about IC Markets. Here is what I like about them:

1. Spreads: very good and competitive, especially for their raw accounts

2. commissions: Not too high, not too low, but overall really good.

3. Platform: easy to navigate, simple user interface

4. deposits and withdrawals: smooth, very fast

That being said, I also wish they will add several other features to make my experience better.

1. copy trading: So my friends can copy my trades and I can help them. So fat IC Markets PAMM system requires a sum of 50k minimum which is a bit out of reach at the moment.

2. Automatic withdrawals: Some brokers already have this feature and it really eases my burden.

This is one of the best brokers for beginners in my opinion and not just because of their heavy promotions across social media. There are several reasons why I think new traders should try XM:

1. Good spreads, great for those who have just started venturing.

2. Customer support is very good and understanding, you can ask anything and they will reply fast.

3. Platform is very easy to navigate.

4. Educational material has really good quality! Great for those who want to learn more.

Tips: I wouldn't suggest being involved in any of their bonuses, schemes, IB, and so forth. Just plain straight trading and you will be fine. Applies to all brokers.
