I've been engaged in trading with this broker for over 5 years, and I've consistently experienced smooth operations, both in terms of deposits and withdrawals. This broker seemed pretty cool at first, offering tons of bonuses. But when I tried to withdraw my 865 bucks, it vanished into thin air between my trading account and Visa. They gave me some ARN number that nobody seemed to know about, and that's it, end of story. They basically said, "Not our problem anymore." I'm glad I didn't put in my real money; dealing with their customer service was a nightmare.

I've had much better experiences with other companies like Planoff and Etoro; they know how to do business right. This place feels like a total mess.

The only drawback I've encountered is the RTrader platform's minimum commission, which stands at 2 dollars for opening a position and another 2 dollars for closing it, totaling 4 dollars. In my opinion, this commission is quite steep, and I believe they should address this issue to maintain their positive trajectory.
