What are the differences between premium accounts and regular accounts? Is there any difference in spreads or other services I can enjoy? I also want to know if there are any differences between what instruments or assets I can trade between the two accounts? I was about to open a live account in HotForex and was confused since they have plenty of account types.

I have some conflicting views regarding this broker. At first, they are great and provided good service. For example, I buy some cryptocurrencies and my order get processed almost instantly. I was very impressed, especially since it was an important position. The same thing happens when I try to close the positions.

However, things started to change a few months back. They started to get slow in processing orders and stuff. That's not the only problem I experience. They alsoed my deposit by 5 days for no apparent reason. Are they having some internal problem or smth?

How many spreads does HotForex offers for energy trading? I want to trade crude oils and I am not sure where to start. But I was hoping to trade spot oil precisely and I am not sure if HotForex has this product or not. However, I am also open to any other financial products involving energies such as Futures or CFDs.

Does HotForex offer any bonus or interesting programs for traders? I am not looking for bonuses like a loyalty program because that is mostly forcing me to trade more, probably even more than what I can afford. I'd rather stay away from such promotions. However, stuff like a deposit bonus would be great as it can reduce my trading costs and allows me to try out strategies in a real market. Does HotForex have such a bonus?

What are the base currencies provided by HotForex? I am an Australian trader and I would love to find a good broker with AUD as its base currency.

Some people might think it's a trivial matter but for me, it is very important as it might affect your trading cost. While we're at it, are there any hidden fees in HotForex that I should know about?

I was gaining a big profit but suddenly this broker close my positions without any further explanations. In the end, I lost a lot of money, it was a long-term position too! I was pouring all my blood and sweat into this trade.

Worse things happened when I decided to contact the customer support team. They swear up and down that they didn't know anything about it. Well, I honestly don't care. I just want them to do something. They just keep me waiting for a long time to finally tell me that there is nothing they can do about it.

To say that I'm disappointed would be an understatement. That was a lot of money.

Please improve your trading scheme, especially about your spread. Of course it is low spread, but I found another broker who have lower spread than Hotforex.

It took a while to verified your account. So Hotforex could improve on this one.
