Their spread is awesome, they got an excellent trading platform and of course, you can link your account to your MT4 or MT5 apps. Moreover, the trading terminal of the Exness app is just so sweet and user-friendly. Exness also has different account types for different people. Significantly, they've got an account type called standard cent for newbies(if you are just going into Forex). It is very comfortable and they have an awesome withdrawal and depositions system (min and max withdrawal/deposit).

I can't believe how wide their spread becomes, especially on indices. Sure, the market's volatility may play some role in this case. But, even then, it is still way too big that it's supposed to be. It also seems difficult to place orders and stop near the current price. I am not sure if they have rules regarding this. But do enlight me if anyone knows about it. I tried to ask customer service these questions, but they aren't answering anything about it. It's seriously frustrating. They only send me codes but never do anything about it.

So, my problem might be a little bit unique but I feel like it's necessary to ask these questions. So, I was trading with Exness for about 6 months it when I realized that there is a miss spell in my trading account name. It was supposed to be Edgardo, but somehow it spelled Eggardo which is a completely different name. I wonder if there is a way to change my account's user name. And will it be affecting my withdrawal process? I am starting to get some profit and I was thinking of withdrawing it soon.

All around 10/10 experience. I think this is one of the best brokers for beginner and advanced CFD traders alike. For those who are looking for an all-rounder broker, Exness is one of the best choices. They have one of the best spreads, and they manage to keep it tight even during uncertain times like after a news release. I experience it first hand when I was trading EUR/USD during the beginning of the Ukraine and Russia conflict and then again around the last FOMC.

The amazing order execution speed is what makes me fall in love with Exness in the first place. But their platform is also very reliable. I never had a huge problem when I traded here. Truly one of the best trading experiences for me. However, they don't have many bonuses around, which is too bad.

There are several things I love about this broker. Those are Low spread, Fast withdrawal, and Good support. However, the Open and close orders have slow execution. I think this could be better for the traders.

I love that they don't use a complicated method for withdrawal. Withdrawal via visa card takes 24 hours. I haven't tried others methods. The platform is very good; it never freezes. But, I do think that Exness should introduce others products, especially soft commodity.

Their customer service is exceptional, always prompt, and willing to assist with any inquiries or concerns.

However, there are a few drawbacks worth mentioning. One downside is that when significant news events occur, they tend to modify the margin requirements merely 30 to 40 minutes before the news is released. This proves to be inconvenient for news traders.

Another issue arises when you register with a specific phone number. If you lose access to that phone number or encounter any issues, there is no way to or update the phone number for receiving passwords. This limitation can be frustrating.

Occasionally, the spreads they offer can be slightly wider than other brokers in the market. This may affect the overall cost of trading for some traders.

Overall this is a very good broker, I have never had any problems before. They have fast deposits and fast withdrawals, especially with Skrill (at least for me). But they aren't perfect, one problem that I keep noticing is that the spreads are sometimes a little big compared to other brokers.
