Deposit and Withdrawal - Forex Broker Testimonials

I swear they use to be very good. I often praise them even when I'm in a forum. They used to be my go-to broker. But as time goes on, their service has deteriorated. I keep having problems here and there. This has happened so often that it started to annoy me. For instance, my withdrawal request has been denied several times. The reason is pretty much ridiculous and saying that I don't submit the required documents. But I did! I already double-checked everything and they still denied me.

My withdrawal keeps getting canceled for unknown reasons, and I am devastated. It has been three weeks of trying, but I am nowhere near giving up. Just pissed. They keep giving me poor excuses for why my withdrawal isn't approved. First, they told me that I couldn't withdraw during the weekend because it wasn't the time for withdrawal. Okay, fair enough. People are allowed to take a day off. So I try again on the weekday. But they still couldn't approve it. This time they didn't even bother to give me any reasons. The next time I try there is the 'temporary maintenance' issue. The list just keeps going on. I just want my money, this is ridiculous.

I have serious concerns about the IC market. In fact, everything looks very smooth at IC Markets at first. Deposits, withdrawals, customer service, promotions, and more. All is well, but I decided to quit IC Markets about 18 months ago because they are not flexible enough. For a small broker like me, I have always traded a lot, and I have noticed an increase in slippage on IC Markets. In other words, slippage is a frequent occurrence in the IC market. Seems like the slippage is in their favor, as always!

At first, this broker has been a wonderful companion thought the industry. But after a few months, I started to feel the ups and downs of IC Markets (as any brokers have). Whenever I was withdrawing a little too frequently, it seems the price ticking speed slowed down drastically. I don't know if I have been assigned to lower-liquidity servers for similar reasons. I am not sure if this is the case.

So, my money keeps getting stuck and I can't get it out for some reason. However, this broker just keeps making claims and blaming my bank for it. That isn't true because my other broker can do the transaction just fine. So it's definitely their fault. They still didn't do anything even after I told them about it. They just keep saying the same thing over and over again it's frustating.

In the beginning, they seem to be a promising broker but as time goes I start noticing several recurring problems that I really dislike. One thing that I really hate about them is how difficult the withdrawing process is. As a side note, it doesn't seem like they are trying to scam me or trying to withhold my money, it's just that they have a complicated process. In fact, I have to contact customer support every time I want to make a withdrawal because that's how annoying it gets. I hope it can be easier than this.

The audacity of this broker still surprises me to this day! I just have to warn people to be careful with their "standard account review process". they can just 'block' your withdrawal/transfer options without any prior notification. From that moment on, they "hostage" your money as long as you don't meet their needs. Even if you upload the requested documents neatly, there is a good chance that they will not understand the document and ask you for additional information. It's been a week and there still no informations about my money.

My money keeps getting stuck and I don't know why. They keep blaming my bank, saying that my bank can't accept their transactions or something. But I know it's a lie because I have been using that bank to deposit and withdraw to IC Market. As well as any other broker, so far there haven't been any problems regarding that. It's only happened in IC Market on my last withdrawal. I already contacted customer support so don't tell me to try that step, because I already did and it's wasting my time. They don't even understand what they were talking about. Worse experience indeed.

I thought they would be a great and honest broker, but in the end, they're just like the rest of them. Really let me down with empty promises. Sure, the spread is pretty tight I guess, but they have ridiculous slippages. It racks up my trading cost higher than it actually is. That is not the worse, I suspect that they also moving money within their platform- they will grab some through off-market exchange rates. Also, their customer service is unbelievably arrogant. They really don't care about you at all or your problem for that matter. They will happily take your deposit but took so long to do a withdrawal. Unbelieveable.

My money got stuck and they claimed that there are some problems with my bank. This is a lie because earlier I withdraw some amount of money from another broker. This problem keeps happening in IC Markets, I don't know why. Although I just find out that IC Markets have now gone offshore and the money is held offshore now in Seychelles, and Belize. Now, I don't know if there is a connections between this but I know for a fact that some people are very picky about regulations, so there is something to consider.
