Deposit and Withdrawal - Forex Broker Testimonials

So I am using a welcome account in Tickmill which I thought was a bargain. I was wrong. Here is the thing, I had some small profit from that account so of course, I want to withdraw it. But they told me if I want to withdraw I need to deposit some money. Now, normal people must realize that this is a red flag, but not me. Since my trading experience was very good during that time, I thought why not? After all, this looks like a good broker I can rely on. But then boom they told you opened a welcome account several times and without further investigation, they block my account and did not listen to whatever I clarified on my behalf. Oh, the fund? yeah forget it, I won't be getting it.

This company takes your money but won't let you withdraw. Here is my story in chronological order:

> Deposited some money through a bank account, very smooth, there is no problems occur at all.

> Opening some traders, also smooth sailing.

> Generate profit, decided to withdraw after it reaches a certain amount.

> Requesting withdrawal but the money doesn't arrive in my account for a week.

> Contacted the customer service, telling me there is some problem with my bank. This is a lie since I withdraw profit from another broker with no problem.

> No updates

I have been reading the review about IC Markets, and to my horror, I finally experienced the nightmare myself. Although their funding methods are very smooth, their withdrawals process is terrible. What is the point of trading if you can't get access to your own profits? Earlier, they sent me a confirmation of transfer (I use NETELLER). But, when I checked and called NETELLER, there are no money coming in. I think maybe there is some problems with my payment options, so I tried to deposit $40 through NETELLER into my trading accounts, and it appear very quickly. So, I really don't know why can't I receive my profits? Now I have $20,000 in my account that I can't even get.

I suggest you do your research before you deposit any money in this broker. I had the worst experience with them, and that's on me because I didn't do my research. I got so excited because of their raw accounts. But it turns out their withdrawal process is very difficult. I had to wait for weeks just to receive MY own money. The customer support didn't really help either. Unbelievable.

I recently got my first withdrawal from IC Markets. But, let me remind you it wasn't an easy job. It took several tries and I had to changes my withdrawal methods 5 times, which is insane.

In the beginning, I have a lot of trust in IC Markets, and for a while, they prove to be the best. However, several days ago I decided to withdraw my profits they send me an email saying I can't use the safe method to withdraw which is the same method I used to deposit then I tried Visa direct, later send me an email saying my bank has rejected the money and I went to my bank. But, they told me they haven't accepted any money from IC Markets. It's really frustrating.

It feels great to finally find a broker that provides me with the best service ever. Great spreads, great commissions, great executions, smooth withdrawal. Everything seems profesionalls. Until I had to withdraw a much more bigger amount than usual. Suddenly the withdrawal process becomes very difficult and almost impossible. They will drag it for weeks until they finally gave up and send me the money. My order will becomeed and sometimes the charts wouldn't move at all during highly volatile seasons. I am thinking of switching broker but not sure where.

I highly recommend everyone to take screenshots of their transactions with ICMarkets, any transactions. Several days ago, I send a deposit for my MT4 account. To my amusement, the money never actually appear in my account, this has never happened before so I contacted the support team. They said there aren't any problems on their part, so the problems must be from my bank. At the time, I didn't immediately call my bank since it's already passed working hours on my part, and it was Friday.

I called them Monday afternoon, during this time the fund has yet to appear on my account. However, my bank said that the transaction has been successful and there weren't any problems with it. So I contacted ICMarkets support team and explained that. But, they insisted that my bank must have made a mistake. I tried to send money to another account I have in another broker, and it went smoothly, so it's not my bank. At this point, I'm tired and don't want to do all the effort anymore.

I don't know what is happening with IC Markets right now, it seems like their service getting really bad lately. Withdrawal used to be so smooth, but now it's like I'm a criminal for trying to get my own money. My friend and I don't know what to do, we still have our funds in our MT4 accounts that we can't withdraw. Aren't they supposed to be ASIC regulated? I can't believe this is happening.

I requested a withdrawal in January, and it is May. But I haven't heard anything from it. I wasn't gonna withdraw a lot of money it was only around $1000. I had contacted their customer service again but they keep telling me to wait. For how long? I don't know. It shouldn't be this long.
