Deposit and Withdrawal - Forex Broker Testimonials

I was trading with IC Market until before I got Covid, I decided to stop due to poor health. So I decided to return since I have gotten so much better now, I opened a new account again just two months ago. But, I am surprised by how much they change. The trading for spreads is continually changing and being altered, more so than any other broker, and trying to get your money out will be a nightmare now from what I usually experienced.

For other people who are considering opening an account in IC Markets, perhaps my experience can help you judge this broker. So, I made a US$3.000 deposit into my MT5 account, did it through bank wire. However, this broker is pretty sure they didn't receive my deposits. So I think there was something wrong. I send them all of my documents stating I have sent the money, but they still insist they didn't find my money. I thought it might take a few times so I waited. But there weren't any updates, and my money is still missing.

In desperation, I tried to contact my banks asking about these particular transactions. But, my bank insists that it has been successful. I called IC Markets again and they still say the same things. God knows what happened with my deposits.

So I have a one-year account in IC Markets, and before there wasn't an issue. But, recently I have been withdrawing a small amount (5% of a $20k account) of profit. That's when the issues started. They say they send you a confirmation email that needs to be dealt with in order to process the final stage of the withdrawal. Sadly the confirmation emails never come in. I already wrote an email to them, and I also have tried to talk to their customer support. Unfortunately, their solutions seem illogical or sometimes they just won't reply at all. I understand that ICMarkets is a huge brokerage with a lot of clients, and their customer service might be swamped by chats every day, but it's really frustrating when they don't reply at all. 

However, several days ago they finally contacted their technical team and have apparently sent a few confirmation emails now all of which have mysteriously disappeared. I get all of their other emails including the occasional Daily Confirmation of trading emails. I have checked and there don't seem to be any problems happening on my end. The mystery is that only their confirmation emails don't appear. But I get every other emails that were sent to me. It's really odd.

I have been trying to get my money since June to no avail. At first, the withdrawal process was instant and super smooth, I even left a nice review on several platforms for IC Market. But, lately, I have been making consistent profits and that's when the problem starts. They began to take a longer time for withdrawal, but there are more problems occurred. Such as my stop loss not being executed and causing me a lot of loss. Speaking about withdrawal again, this broker has the audacity to blame my bank. Basically, they will blame anyone but themselves.

Hi, I just move to another country and by far I am not sure if I can get any IC Market service here. For context, I have been trading with this broker for about 3 years. But now I have to move to my home country and I couldn't access my account anymore. The problem is, I still have some money left in my account which is about $300-ish. I wonder if any of you has experienced a similar problem and what to do with it. From my understanding, there is no way for me to get that money since they aren't available here. I also have some open positions as well.

At first, they will 'hook' you in with smooth low spread and quick order executions. But then the problem begins. Soon, they will begin to increase the spread many times, just to auto-close and stop out on small accounts, although they claim to be the best ECN broker. A lot of time you will have hard times trying to withdraw YOUR own money. And when you ask the customer service they will either tell you to wait or told you that there is a problem on your part. They do not comply with their product disclosure statement. They also have mobile trading apps that have a lot of bugs and are just very unreliable.

I just began trading with IC Market this month and have already noticed several things.

1. Spreads are tight, but they can increase during unexpected hours.

2. For some reason, I got stopped out of a very favorable position for no reason.

3. The support is extremely terrible and the in withdrawals is abysmal.

4. Up until today I haven't got my money

and might rethink and withdraw all of my money, But even that is ridiculously difficult.

They used to be so good, but then they changed. Suddenly withdrawal wasn't so smooth anymore. Spreads were still pretty tight but slippages were horrible, sometimes there would bes in the charts and stop-loss doesn't execute properly. All this problem started when they change their entity from IC markets Australia to IC markets Global Seychelles. I don't want to say that this is what caused all of the issues, but it might be. Just remember to always be careful during trading.

Serious questions, has anyone ever withdrawn their money safely from IC Markets? I have been trying to get my money since May and still, there are no solution to this. The worst part is IC Market's customer service doesn't seem to do anything about it. They keep blaming my bank for some reason. I genuinely wants to know a solutions for this problem.
