The customer service is basically non-existent! I have been trying to get a hold of my money for a while and they just not even responding. I know that my money is probably worth nothing to them, but it's everything to me. I worked hard for that profit (albeit little). Even when an operator finally answered my chat, they just kept asking me the same questions and asking me to give the same data and documents, and then they will disappear. Why would you have customer service if it's not even functioning?

I believe that ICMarkets has falsely advertised their withdrawal system. I don't understand what happened, but my money disappear only to 'mysteriously appear' at the Automatic Trading section of the MT4 to cause a radical change in the results of operations. Right now I have reported them to the ASIC regulation, but I don't think there will be any help at all.

I feel tricked. For as long as I know, OctaFX stated that there is no fee for withdrawal or deposit with Neteller. I like using Neteller, and I have been using it with another broker that I've been trading with. However, I decided to deposit $6000 in OctaFX. But, when i ask for a withdrawal, they told me that i had to pay around $3000 usd on fees for the withdrawal via Neteller. They say it's in the term and conditions, is that true? Has anyone tried to withdraw using Neteller with them? I have talked to the support and they say that there is no minimum to trade and that the withdrawals are free. But the very next day, they took $3000 from my account.

Why are you keep rejecting my deposits? I have been trying to put my money since August, and it is October and I still haven't been able to deposit any money into my account. I did all the registrations, and I have tried all payment options that are available in my country and it is still not successful. I talked with the support team and they keep telling me to wait. Other times they blamed the bank. I've rung them every two weeks trying to sort it but all I ever get is "We'll forward this on to our verification department". I am really close to giving up, and I was very persistent about it.

I found out that they were withdrawing money from my account! For no reason! So far, they have stolen around $5000-ish from my MT4 account. I was hedging a position, but somehow they did close my all positions and took out all of my money. The customer service didn't help at all! Whenever I was raising my complaint they have never given any explanation for those withdrawals. Not to mention, Swap charges were already accumulating and that was also too high. I am gonna switch brokers, but definitely going to report them and write reviews first.

I find it odd that Oanda accepted a deposit from my bank but REFUSES to allow me to withdraw funds. Why would they accept money from my bank but can't transfer it to them? It's ridiculous! Very, Very, Very upset over the inability to withdraw funds. Not to mention the transaction fees I get when I first deposits is really high, which is around $20. Debit cards cannot exceed the amount deposited. Yes, they allow you to switch to another platform for withdrawing, but it takes FOREVER. I just want my money, why is that so hard to do?

Seriously, has anyone managed to get their money easily with this broker? I have tried to get my money since May and there hasn't been any update on my withdrawal status. The customer service didn't say anything at all. They said that they can't do anything because it's my bank's fault. But my bank said that the problem was with IC Market. My bank is an international one, I don't think they will make mistakes.

It really sucks, I have been trying to withdraw for a while and it doesn't let me. For information, it wasn't always like this. Sometimes it can be really quick when I was still in my home country. But, recently I have just moved to England. It takes at least 3 days to be at your bank account. Since they are a UK company, it should be faster for wire transfer and debit cards than the other non-UK broker that I am with. Also, it's really hard to close my positions, I had to wait at least 3 minutes. Profit drastically diminishes after closing it.

It feels like they are going downhill, IC Markets used to be one of the best brokers that are honest and care about traders. Now they are just like any other brokers out there. I just deposited some funds in my account and quite a lot too, around $5000. Then I got busy with real-life things and I didn't even touch my account. Recently I got some time to check my account, I was so surprised to see that I have lost some money (around $900 or so). How can that even be possible when I'm not even opening any positions? Although have spoken to support they do not seem like they want to help me to even restore my funds to allow me to trade. For now, I'll give them 2 stars, but once my funds have been restored I will change it back depending on the service, I am still mad tho.

Back in March, they told me that they couldn't process my withdrawal request because of 'technical reasons'. I don't understand what that means but I said that I want to know when it will be fixed and when will I get my money. They said they will update me on that as soon as they have fixed it. Here I am 3 months later, with no update and no money. I already contacted them several times before and their answer is still the same, they will fix it and they will update me. How long do I have to wait??
