Yo, when I'm about to drop a deposit, I peep that transfer fee upfront. But hold up, this is some shady stuff. It says £0, but damn, it's straight-up lying. So why the hell did they hit me with a £150 charge not once, not twice, but four freakin' times for four separate £5000 deposits?

They explicitly said there ain't no fee for making a deposit. But guess what? After I drop the cash, I check my transaction history and there they are, four separate "transfer fees" of £150 each. What's the deal, man? And on top of that, why are they ghosting me? Ignored, like I don't even exist? Not cool.

Disapointed with their hidden fee


I am extremely frustrated with Admiral due to the following reasons. While making a deposit, the displayed transfer fee appears as £0, giving the impression that there are no charges. However, this turns out to be misleading because, in the "instructions" provided in their help and support section, it states that there is a small percentage fee for currency conversions.

Consequently, I am left wondering if transferring GBP to GBP incurs a fee of £150 per £5000, and I cannot find any clear information regarding this anywhere. The information available only mentions a 0.3% fee for CFD currencies without addressing this specific scenario.

Why does it take so long to withdraw?

I had an extremely unfortunate experience with Tickmill during a critical time. I urgently requested a withdrawal of $10,000, which was initially labeled as "pending for approval." Unfortunately, my account was exposed to significant risk during this period. In response, I reached out to the support team, requesting them to cancel the withdrawal and deposit the funds back into my account. However, they declined my request to cancel.

This situation was extremely alarming, as it resulted in a loss of $90,000 USD. If they had canceled the withdrawal and promptly transferred the funds back into my account, I believe my account would have survived.

The support team informed me that they had already processed my payment, but it was pending on the side of the payment service provider (PSP), and they estimated a processing time of 48 hours.

Unreasonable!

Please explain this Tickmill!

Don't you have a WhatsApp group or group discussions daily and weekly to address these issues? The problem is recurring.

You provide a welcome bonus without verifying whether the traders are eligible. Then, when traders make a profit, you abruptly declare them ineligible and present a bunch of pointless terms and conditions, ultimately taking away all the profits from the traders.

If you knew the account was ineligible, why did you offer the welcome bonus in the first place without informing the traders that it's pointless to trade with the welcome bonus if the new account is more than 30 days old? It would have been better if you had suggested using a demo account instead.

I expected better from you

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the recent actions of FPMarkets. While I was actively trading and had open positions, they abruptly halted trading for all of my accounts without any prior notice or explanation. This happened right after I made some profits on the EURAUD and AUDUSD pairs following the announcement of an interest rate increase by the Australian central bank. It seems that the broker did not appreciate my success and decided to hinder my trading activities.

As a consequence of their actions, I am now unable to manage my open positions, which is incredibly frustrating and detrimental to my trading strategy. To make matters worse, there are indications that they may even consider canceling the profits I made. This is completely unjustifiable as my trading activities did not violate any of their terms and conditions

Give me a reason!

I have got some problems with the withdrawal several weeks ago. But they told me it's because I had withdraw under the minimum amount, which Idk if it's a real thing in this broker (can anyone vouch?). Anyway, I added more money to withdraw but it still got cancelled. Why??? WHY?????

Transaction invalid, send help

Very disappointed in this broker. Last week I was trying out their platform. Not wanting to spend money too much, I only took a small position. I manage to gain a little profit. Feeling satisfied, I decided to withdraw that tiny amount. However, within a few hours, they sent an e-mail stating that they had deemed my transaction invalid and closed the account. I was appalled. I have never in my life experienced this.

Tough withdrawal

All good, smooth, and peachy until you are trying to withdraw some money from them. Wait, let me rephrase that until you are trying to withdraw a significant amount of money. For some reason, there are always problems that cause it to. They keep blaming my bank. The funny thing is, I can move money around banks easily, never had probs before this. I even tried to use other methods and still, the same problem happened.

Furious!

Please do better, TMGM. I have been your loyal customer ever since I started trading. In the past, your service is amazing, It's always the best, and I was proud to be a part of your community. But now, I had nothing but trouble. My deposit ised, my withdrawal sied, and even my order ised. What else do you want to? Tried customer service but all they can do is to make wait. See, even the customer service got me 'delayed'.

Did they even listen?

The system had a meltdown, and the $100 trade didn't get credited. Despite my back-and-forth with Firewood FX folks, it feels like I'm talking to an empty room.

The only way out that seems possible is to leave this mess behind and withdraw my balance. I have a gut feeling that they won't bother counting any future trades here and will likely find excuses to keep my money.
