I don't understand why ICMarkets didn't want to name their liquidity provider. In my opinion, it is very suspicious that they didn't want to disclose that. Especially because I keep experiencings and a lot of problems with their liquidity. Often, their prices are all over the place and parts seem to be made up. Not to mention, I think that their platform is a little buggy? I keep seeing my charts go weirdly.

I am at loss here. So I open an account with Blueberry Market because someone keeps recommending me. I was so annoyed when this broker send me emails and tried to show how professional they are. Things are good until you start winning. Suddenly the spreads began to grow bigger and bigger until there is nothing left in my account. Why didn't I place a stop loss you ask? Well, I did, but sometimes it wasn't executed. I ask the customer service but even they were at loss.

It feels great to finally find a broker that provides me with the best service ever. Great spreads, great commissions, great executions, smooth withdrawal. Everything seems profesionalls. Until I had to withdraw a much more bigger amount than usual. Suddenly the withdrawal process becomes very difficult and almost impossible. They will drag it for weeks until they finally gave up and send me the money. My order will becomeed and sometimes the charts wouldn't move at all during highly volatile seasons. I am thinking of switching broker but not sure where.

It is such a shame that Oanda does not have a way to close your positions when the server is down. All you are left to do is just hopelessly watch as the market goes against you. On the other hand, outside of news event times, you will not have more than a 5 pip slippage for your stops and they have tight spreads.

Come to IC Market! There have been way too many slippages these days it's not even funny anymore! In fact, I think I lost more money in the slippage alone compare to another factor. That's not the only thing I hate about IC Market, lately, the stop loss just doesn't mean anything anymore. Out of all the stop losses I placed, only a few were actually executed, what was the reason? Why would I even bother placing the market order if it doesn't mean anything to you?

Okay, I need a solution to this problem. So far I have never experienced this before, so it's really taken me by surprise. I was trading USD/CAD several days ago and I place a buy order. At first, everything goes very smoothly and gradually headed my direction but all of a sudden it turned around, and in a flash of one candle my account was blown. It goes as far as leaving a balance of -21.51 dollars in my trading account. I wouldn't be mad if I didn't suspect a foul play here. However, I have another account in a different broker in which I open similar positions and I didn't lose that much. Even with the slippage, it's still crazy.

My stop loss never went through, no matter how many times I set my stop loss level it always failed to execute. This is odd because I keep checking it, but the charts can sometimes be very choppy, and then suddenly I lose more than I intended. I have already talked to their customer service and they keep on saying they will call me back after they 'investigate' it. But here I am, 3 months later, and still no callback. I am really getting tired of this whole thing. I have given them all the information they need. Why is this happening to so many people out there?

They have terrible customer service, even just talking about it makes me really mad. So this happened last week, I was trading a major pair and then I realized that my stop loss is triggered. At first, I thought that was because I was losing but no, I was still far away from my stop loss point but they kicked me out. This also happened last month when they executed my take profit positions 1 pip earlier than it was supposed to be. I contacted the customer service and they didn't give me good explanations at all!

I don't understand why my platform keeps freezing during an important time. In the past IC Market has had one of the best trading conditions I have ever tried. But now their service has just gotten worse and worse. Just last week I was keeping an open position on my MT4 account but somehow, my charts is freezing and didn't do more at all. I know this because I checked with my positions in another broker (I open a similar order). Then I looked away for a bit and suddenly it fell down 2 pips!
