Trading Accounts - Forex Broker Testimonials

I notice that eToro has several trading account types, but one of them really stands out for me. That is the professional account. First of all, I want to know what is the difference between a professional account and a regular account? Is there any difference between the spreads or the leverages? If yes, then I wonder if there is any special requirement to apply for this account?

Do IC Markets provide a demo account for each of their trading accounts? I notice they have at least three trading accounts, which are MT4 and MT5 raw spread accounts that offer 0.0 pips spreads. Second is the cTrader raw spread account, which is pretty similar but runs of cTrader trading platforms—also the standard accounts, which has 0.6 pips spreads.

From what I know, TMGM has two account types for their traders. That is the edge account and the classic account. Now I know that the edge account has pretty much lower spreads compared to the classic one. But, I wonder if there are any differences that I should know between those two? Perhaps the difference between what instruments I can trade?

I read that IC Markets offers swap-free accounts called Islamic accounts. But, when I read the explanations on the official websites it said:

'IC Markets offers Islamic accounts (also known as swap-free accounts) for clients who cannot earn or pay the interest due to their religious beliefs.'

Does that mean this account is tied to specific religions or can everyone request to apply? I am currently looking for the best swap-free account since many people have been recommending me.

Do IC Markets accept driver's licenses for proof of identity? I was in the middle of setting up my own live account, and I was confused about why I should give them my ID. But I guess all brokers did it, so it's not to weird. The problem is, there is some trouble with my ID and Passport, so the only thing left is my driver's license. I was just worried that IC Markets won't accept this and I won't be able to setting up my account.

What kind of account do IC Markets have? And I am not talking about standard accounts or raw accounts. I can find that information on their official websites. I and my wife has been thinking to have a joint trading account.

I know that some brokers offer this kind of ownership so it's not really odd. I was just wondering if IC Markets allowed this or not.

Other than Raw Spread Accounts, what kind of trading accounts does IC Markets offers? Obviously, like any other brokers, IC Markets offers standard accounts as well. But that is not what I am wondering about. I agree that their standard account is amazing and has great spreads. But I am wondering if they are also offering micro or cent accounts as well?

In the past, I have had some bad experiences with brokers. Some of them make it really hard for me to even create an account. I need to disclose it doesn't seem like they don't actually want to stop me from creating an account but the process is super complicated. I've heard from some forums that IC Markets provide a simpler method for account creation. My question is what do I need to provide for making an account in IC Markets? For example, what kind of id or proof of residency I should provide?

So, I recently created a demo account in FXOpen and so far I am loving every part of it. It has a very simple user interface which I really like. I do love more advanced tools, but they tend to be complicated so I just stick to the basics. I think I might want to try trading in the live account. I wonder if I can create the live account from the demo account? Do I need to add some extra doccuments? If yes, then what do I need to prepare?

Last week I tried to open an account in IC Market and I was so surprised to find out that I need to provide a lot of documents. I wouldn't mind providing my information such as ID like a passport or driver's license. But what is the urgency of me providing proof of residencies like my bills or tax statement? Does it make me feel unsafe to share my current living address? Is there any way I don't have to provide it?
