Identifying a good broker will not be complete without checking the testimonials. This is because experience speaks louder than words.

dissapointing!

My experience with them was rather disappointing. After making a modest profit of £600, they unexpectedly closed my account. Strangely, I encountered no issues when I was incurring significant losses, but it appears they may not appreciate traders trying to recover their losses.

What baffles me is that I adhered to all their rules, and my account balance was well above the minimum requirement. It's disheartening to witness such behavior from a company that's supposed to be reputable and FCA regulated.

Their actions reminded me of a shady casino that's all too happy to have you when you're losing but promptly ushers you out the door once you start winning. I'm not letting this slide and will be pursuing my complaint further.

I am appaled

I find myself compelled to share my experience here. I deposited $200 into my Roboforex account using cryptocurrency, and it's been over 24 hours, but my account still hasn't been credited.

Their customer service hasn't been much help either. They just keep telling me to contact the billing/payment department, but I've done that, and there's been no response for more than 24 hours. It makes me wonder why they have so many customers if they can't manage them properly.

I used one of the fastest networks for my USDT BEP20 deposit, so they can't blame anys on the blockchain.

Roboforex, if you're reading this, it's disappointing. Your customer service needs major improvement.

I'll keep you all updated on how this pans out. Let's see if they come through or if my doubts about their credibility are justified.

My advice: steer clear and safeguard your investments!

Frustating!!

Without any prior notice, this broker unexpectedly shut down my account, leaving me perplexed. When I attempted to reach out to their support team, I encountered frustratingly slow response times. Finally, when I managed to communicate with them, they stated that my account closure was carried out in accordance with the fifth clause of the client agreement. To my dismay, upon reviewing this clause, I discovered it pertained to financing terrorism. It is deeply disheartening that my account was closed on such grounds, as it reflects negatively on the broker's actions.

I can't log in!!

I can't log in to my account. It's been 2 days, and I still couldn't get a hold of customer service. I have left a message in live chat but waiting for so long no reply as of writing here. They should have employed more live agents on weekends. It's getting really bad, I have an open position.

Fast and easy

Well, registering for an account at Admiral is quite fast and easy, fully digital again and without the hassle. But yeah, it's a shame why there are fewer CFD instrument commodities than the others. It should be balanced because there are also a lot of people interested in these instruments (including me). But I really salute the team's support, quite professional, and answer technical questions easily. Everyone would like a quick response when there is a problem, this makes me feel safer and feel safe and comfortable in the admiral... Even so, it's a shame that stop-loss orders are not guaranteed at the broker. I'm a little worried...

Absolutely disheartening

I must express my utmost disappointment and grave concern regarding the handling of my withdrawal request, as well as the evident lack of proper regulation. Despite reaching out to the support team consistently for over 20 days, I have yet to receive the full funds as requested.

To make matters worse, the support team informed me that only a mere $21 has been credited to my account, leaving the remaining amount unaccounted for. This is an alarming situation that should not be tolerated, especially after such an extensive period of waiting and following-up.

As professionals, we expect a timely and accurate resolution to our financial transactions. This extended and incomplete response are completely unacceptable.

Keep having trouble with the demo account login. Side note, I use the MT5 demo account. Is it always this buggy?

The server info is outdated. The support team seems too busy to care.

I use the demo account to see what this broker would be like if I actually trade here. well, I can kiss them goodbye now.

Not gonna bother my self with a company that doesn't even care about and my problem.

I don't understand why HotForex closes my trades before they reach my stop loss point. I feel scammed, why should I even bother placing a stop loss if it's not even going to work?

Considering this has happened more than once, I figure this must be intentional. I would understand if it happened once in a blue moon since it could be an error. But almost every time? I am enraged!

Hey, I haven't been able to log in to my account for a week! I already contacted customer service but they haven't responded yet. Which frustrates me a lot since I have open positions.

I don't understand what's the point of having a chat room if y'all not gonna answer quickly. I also tried the email but I am not sure if they even checked at all.

I know that you guys have TONS of traders here, but I am one of them too. I don't trade much I know, but that shouldn't be why y'all haven't answered my questions, right?

what I really hate from IC Markets is the price slippage. Unfortunately, it happens all the time! Recently it also happened when I was trading XAUUSD as well as BTC/USD. It didn't stop there! Oh, no, sir, it gets worse! They d it from the chart after a period of time!! I talk to customer service who claim they didn't know anything. I don't care, I just want them to do something. Which makes me go 'Karen' on them and I understand if they don't appreciate it. But that was a lot of money we're talking about.
