I have been requesting a withdrawal from Tickmill for a week now. I have already made three requests using the exact deposit bank details, but they have failed. I have sent emails and contacted support through chat, but I have not received any response regarding the reason for my failed withdrawals. Is there any reason why it's not coming through?
I have become increasingly dissatisfied with Tickmill due to the following reasons:
I had an extremely unfortunate experience with Tickmill during a critical time. I urgently requested a withdrawal of $10,000, which was initially labeled as "pending for approval." Unfortunately, my account was exposed to significant risk during this period. In response, I reached out to the support team, requesting them to cancel the withdrawal and deposit the funds back into my account. However, they declined my request to cancel.
This situation was extremely alarming, as it resulted in a loss of $90,000 USD. If they had canceled the withdrawal and promptly transferred the funds back into my account, I believe my account would have survived.
The support team informed me that they had already processed my payment, but it was pending on the side of the payment service provider (PSP), and they estimated a processing time of 48 hours.
Please explain this Tickmill!
Don't you have a WhatsApp group or group discussions daily and weekly to address these issues? The problem is recurring.
You provide a welcome bonus without verifying whether the traders are eligible. Then, when traders make a profit, you abruptly declare them ineligible and present a bunch of pointless terms and conditions, ultimately taking away all the profits from the traders.
If you knew the account was ineligible, why did you offer the welcome bonus in the first place without informing the traders that it's pointless to trade with the welcome bonus if the new account is more than 30 days old? It would have been better if you had suggested using a demo account instead.

I trade under Tickmill welcome account but guess what, WD process from welcome account is a complete disaster . They ask you to fund the wallet first before you can withdraw profit from welcome account. Then they told you opened welcome account several times and without farther disquisition , They block my account and did n't do anything to whatever I clarify on my behalf. The finances ? Not gotten any! Be careful or just find another broker . It's a fiddle .

I had an unpleasant experience with the TickMill support team. Hope they can improve CS performance in the future.
I don't understand why is it so hard to open a trading account with Tickmill. As far as I understand, I already provide them with all of the necessary documents. I sent my ID and my proof of residence. The ID was approved but not the proof of residence. That is true that my ID and proof of residence address don't match. But that is just because I have moved out! What else do I have to do for my account to be approved? Really bad experience and customer service.

So I am using a welcome account in Tickmill which I thought was a bargain. I was wrong. Here is the thing, I had some small profit from that account so of course, I want to withdraw it. But they told me if I want to withdraw I need to deposit some money. Now, normal people must realize that this is a red flag, but not me. Since my trading experience was very good during that time, I thought why not? After all, this looks like a good broker I can rely on. But then boom they told you opened a welcome account several times and without further investigation, they block my account and did not listen to whatever I clarified on my behalf. Oh, the fund? yeah forget it, I won't be getting it.

I requested a withdrawal in January, and it is May. But I haven't heard anything from it. I wasn't gonna withdraw a lot of money it was only around $1000. I had contacted their customer service again but they keep telling me to wait. For how long? I don't know. It shouldn't be this long.
