So, if you trade 1 lot of EUR/USD (100,000 EUR contract size), then your commission would be 2 EUR per side and 4 EUR per round turn.
The rest of the features are pretty much the same. All strategies are allowed and you'll get access to a bunch of trading instruments as well as Tickmill's advanced trading tools such as Economic Calendar, Market Manager, and Sentiment Trader.
Which is the Best Tickmill Account for Expert Traders?
In a nutshell, Tickmill's VIP and Pro accounts are great choices for expert or professional traders. Both options offer many excellent features for expert traders, starting from advanced trading tools to fast execution speed and higher leverage. You can even request to convert your account into an Islamic account and make it free of overnight swaps. The only difference between the two is the trading fees.
In that case, the Tickmill Pro account is slightly better due to its significantly lower minimum deposit and commission. The minimum deposit is only 100 USD while the VIP account requires a minimum balance of 50,000 USD. Perhaps this is why the Pro account is very popular among Tickmill users and most recommended as well.

After reading the article, I can conclude that the Pro account is indeed the best choice because it offers advanced features for professional traders at affordable cost. I was more attracted to the VIP type at first, but now I know it's not the right one for me because I don't always have 50k in my account. Apart from all, I'm actually curious about the Demo account. Is it any good compared to demo accounts in other brokers? I also want to know if there are any limitations, like expiry date, for instance.

Yup, Tickmill does offer a Demo account for beginners. With the account, you can trade at least 180 trading instruments and access all of the customizable features of a regular trading account. Available trading platforms are MT4 and MT5. As for the limitations, it's pretty unfortunate that the demo will only be available for 30 days. After that, the account expires. In addition, if there are no login attempts made into your demo account within 7 days, the account will also expire. You can open up to 7 demo accounts per email address.

The author mentioned that Tickmill is not a good broker for beginner traders. I'm pretty confused here because Tickmill is a reputable broker with a good track record (I searched it up). The broker is fully regulated and has won tons of awards in the past years. Is that not enough? I'm a beginner myself and I find it really hard to narrow down my options here because there are so many brokers to choose from. Also, does leverage matter for beginners? That's all for now. I would appreciate if anyone can help me with this, thanks

Hmm I think it's important to point out that not all good brokers are suitable for beginners. You see, every trader has a different set of needs and preferences. Professional traders for instance, need a broker that offers advanced premium services and exclusive benefits, even if that will cost them more.
On the other hand, beginners typically need a broker that offers the following features:
So, if you're looking for a broker, you might want to consider the factors mentioned above. Hope it helps :)

I want to add that in my opinion, beginners shouldn't worry about leverage just yet. Leveraged trading means amplified trading size and this means higher risks, so it's not necessarily a wise decision to use it early in your journey. Once you feel more confident with your trades, you can use a SMALL leverage to trade. Don't jump straight to using 1:500 leverage if you don't want to lose most of your money right away. My advice is start with 1:5/1:10, then gradually increase it over time once you're ready.

Hey there! So, I'm thinking about stepping up my game and becoming a pro trader, and I've got my eyes on Tickmill's VIP account, which sounds pretty awesome. I mean, there's also the mini account, but it seems a bit limited, and I'm all about diversifying my assets, you know?
Anyway, I've heard that the VIP account comes with some sweet perks, like those super low commissions they claim are one of the lowest in the world. And let's not forget about those ultra-low fluctuating spreads and high maximum leverage they're throwing into the mix!
But here's the thing, should I really be considering all these trading fees, commissions, and other stuff before going all-in with the VIP account? I mean, it's a big decision, and I want to make sure I'm making the right move for my trading journey. So, any advice or tips on how to weigh these factors? I'd really appreciate your insights! Thanks a bunch!

Absolutely, my friend! When considering Tickmill's VIP account and aiming to become a pro trader, it's essential to take those trading fees and commissions into account. The VIP account boasts some fantastic benefits, like ultra-low fluctuating spreads and high maximum leverage, but you want to make sure the low commissions they claim to offer align with your trading style and goals.
As a pro trader, it's crucial to weigh all the factors and perks associated with the VIP account against your individual trading needs and preferences. Think about your trading strategy, risk appetite, and the kind of assets you want to trade. That way, you can make an informed decision that fits you like a glove!
So, take your time to analyze all the details, and don't hesitate to reach out to Tickmill or fellow traders for advice. With the right information and insights, you'll be better equipped to make the best choice for your trading journey. Happy trading, and may the profits be with you!

Hey there! So, you're thinking of going pro with Tickmill's VIP account, huh? Awesome move! But hold up, before you dive in headfirst, you gotta keep an eye on those trading fees, especially those "super low commissions" they're bragging about. Yeah, they might be low, but you wanna make sure they suit your trading style and won't eat up your profits, right?
Sure, the VIP account sounds tempting with its ultra-low fluctuating spreads and high leverage, but those commissions can play a big role in how much dough you end up with.
Here's the deal - take a moment to think about your trading strategy and what assets you wanna get your hands on. If you're a hardcore trader making lots of moves, those low commissions could save you some serious cash.
But hey, don't forget that the best choice depends on what floats your boat. If diversifying your assets and having access to a wide range of instruments is more your jam, the VIP account might still be your go-to.

Hey, great question! So, in the article, it mentioned that Tickmill's VIP and Pro accounts are like a dream come true for expert traders, offering a bunch of awesome features. But here's the deal - the real difference between these two legendary accounts lies in the trading fees.
So, if you choose the Islamic account, you won't have to worry about any interest or rollover fees when you hold your trades overnight. It's like trading with the wind at your back and the stars shining bright!
But don't forget, it's not just about the overnight swaps - you also gotta consider the overall trading fees. Each account has its unique fee structure, so it's essential to pick the one that suits your trading style and goals best.
So, my friend, if you want to ride the magical wave of the Islamic account and enjoy a swap-free trading experience, that's the fantastic advantage you'll get! You can also read more about Tickmill's Islamic Account at here : Does Tickmill Allow Islamic Account?

According to the article, Tickmill is acknowledged as a reliable broker, but it's not particularly recommended for beginners. Although it provides features that generally appeal to traders, including easy account opening, demo accounts, robust security measures, and user-friendly platforms, the article suggests that not all brokers are equally suitable for beginners. So, what factors distinguish a broker as beginner-friendly or not? What tips and tricks can beginners like me use to assess whether a broker is suitable for our needs? The article implies that while brokers may offer common features, there are additional considerations to determine if a specific broker, like Tickmill, is genuinely ideal for beginners.

When you're selecting a broker, especially if you're a beginner, it goes beyond the features commonly mentioned in this article : Best Forex Brokers For Beginners. In my opinion about tips and trick to choose broker that good for beginner, you need to focus on those things :
Educational Resources: Opt for brokers that offer extensive educational materials. Beginners can greatly benefit from resources like tutorials, webinars, and market analysis to enhance their grasp of trading concepts.
Customer Support: A responsive and helpful customer support team is crucial, especially for beginners. Verify if the broker provides support through various channels and has a reputation for promptly addressing inquiries.
Minimum Deposit Requirements: Take into account the minimum deposit needed to open an account. Some brokers may have higher initial deposit requirements, which may not be ideal for beginners with limited capital.
Regulation and Security: It's important to ensure that the broker is regulated by relevant financial authorities. Regulation adds a layer of security, assuring you that the broker operates within established standards.
Additionally, consider factors such as the ease of withdrawal, trading fees, and the quality of the trading platform.

According to the article, the Tickmill VIP account provides access to a range of widely traded assets across various categories, including currency pairs, major stocks, stock indices, precious metals, oil, bonds, and cryptocurrencies.
As a novice, I'm curious about distinguishing major stocks from stock indices as mentioned in the article.
Andrew
Mar 29 2024
Don't be confused, bro. While both involve stocks, they serve distinct purposes. Major stocks represent shares of individual well-established companies traded on stock exchanges, whereas stock indices comprise a selection of stocks from multiple companies, reflecting the overall performance of a specific sector or market. For instance, the S&P 500 index includes stocks from 500 large companies listed on US stock exchanges, offering a broader perspective on market performance.
As for whether to trade these assets, it depends on factors such as investment objectives, risk tolerance, and market knowledge. Major stocks present the opportunity to invest directly in specific companies, potentially offering higher returns but also carrying individual company risks. In contrast, stock indices provide diversification across multiple companies, reducing the risk associated with investing in individual stocks but may not offer the same potential for significant returns. So, it is really up to you, but if you ask about my opinion, it is better to start trading with forex instead stocks or incides.
