I know sometimes we've had slippage, but we have problems with slippage in the IC market that actually very occurred. is it really always like this, the slippage just like to follow IC Market? Please fix the SL to become more sensitive about market movement, so when slippage happens you don't have to lose a lot of money! Actually, we can avoid it right? Apart from that, they have excellent customer service and problem solvers, especially when it comes to withdrawals and deposits. But not a slip. Just like our customer service, we hope to resolve your issue quickly.
I will give IC Market 4 out of 5 stars. I have an unpleasant experience with IC market customer service. It's like they don't coordinate. Ok, it started with me having trouble uploading my documents like my credit card, and bank statement for withdrawal which I uploaded when opening. It's always round and round like that. So I decided to chat with customer service, okay, that was fast but one live chat agent with another live chat agent had a different solution to my problem! After several agents, at least they had someone who could solve my problem. Please coordinate your customer service next time so users don't confuse because of the different solutions they give.
Highly recommended broker! Very good at customer service, fast response, and reliable as always. You don't need to email or call! Just do the live chat and every issue will be resolved in no time! The best thing about IC Market is the support! Very helpful customer service and very quick response to living chat. Frequent problems are always resolved quickly and reliably. Also, customer support (live chat) is very proactive to ask if there are any issues that need to be resolved. They always tell me what's wrong and how to fix it. Great Customer Support but still a little bit slow. I had some issues while I was setting up my account on ICMarkets, so I had to go through the live chat to get some assistance. It took 10 minutes to wait for their customer support after for 1 minute to question some bots. Although after the live agent give me some solutions and show me some steps in setting up my account, I think waiting for 10 minutes is a little bit too long. Maybe ICMarkets need more live chat agent I guess, so they can help me as a new user of them. By the way, The customer support (Live Chat) seems very competent, reliable, and fast thinking and that is a plus point for ICMarkets.
There was a problem that the IC market has already solved the problem. Therefore, after withdrawing from the account, the funds were credited into three installments. This turned out to be an anomaly as it happened within the timeframe stated on the website, first I feel I have nothing to worry about but it turns out so unusual (because I am impatient). So I decided to call support. They were very helpful and explained very well what happened and gave me solutions also they seems to be patient with me. IC Markets' customer service is excellent and very professional. I am very satisfied. I am especially happy with the support personnel who are always happy and patient to help me resolve that issue.
Overall I think that this broker is a good one...they also have pretty good customer service. well, sometimes it can take a while to answer my questions but it is better than not getting any answer at all.
I would switch to the chat room version but it somehow can't show my previous chat, and it always looked like this:

My tip for IC markets is that I hope they can upgrade their customer service features to be quicker and better. After all, traders' problems are often urgent and they need an answer ASAP.
This is just my two cents. But, so far I am satisfied with what they offer me. Personally, I think the trading platforms are user-friendly. Maybe it's not that important for many people, but I am not tech savvy so it's good to find one that understands what I need.
Although, if I have to be honest icmarkets isn't all that perfect. There are a few hiccups here and there, for example, the other day I can't log in to my account for no reason. But suddenly it fixed itself before I even had a chance to contact their customer support. I guess everything went well in the end.
Really impressed with how they keep their spread tight despite the market volatility. I was trading around big economic releases and I prepared myself to battle the price jump. Sure, the price jump was crazy but the spreads remain pretty good. In my 1,5 years of trading with IC Markets, so far I have never experienced any real issues. That being said, they aren't without problems. There are some times when I couldn't close my positions. But customer service was quick to fix that.
The only downside of this broker is that it's hard to withdraw crypto if you are from the UK. I am not sure how it goes but I keep having problems withdrawing from my crypto account and I have been told that it's because I'm from the UK.
Plus side, customer service is good and pretty attentive to my request. But hopefully, there will be a solution to my problem in the future.
Excellent work for customer service. So far they always answer me very quickly. However, there are some misunderstandings sometimes but that's just normal I guess nothing major, just the request and the reply maybe. Overall they are very professional. I wish IC Market could do something about my account since I often got locked out and couldn't log in. It's kind of annoying to do this every one or two weeks.
