On my old broker, I was required to show some documents, the same ones that I once submitted during my time opening an account. I wonder if this is the same case with IC Markets? Do I have to show some important documents?

Also, how long does the withdrawal process takes if I use a bank transfer? Some people tell me it took around 5 business day, but I truly hope this is not true as it really long.

How much is the minimum deposit for trading crude oils in the Admirals? Do they also charge commission fees as well? I want to try crude oil trading since my peers suggested that this will be a great addition to my portfolio. I wanted to make sure I can find the best broker with the best conditions since I am not comfortable with the instruments yet.

Do IC Markets provide Ethereum CFD in addition to Bitcoins CFD as well? I like to trade CFDs assets every once in a while and I was thinking of entering the crypto CFD as well. I have some conflicting views regarding this broker. At first, they are great and provided good service. For example, I buy some cryptocurrencies and my order get processed almost instantly. I was very impressed, especially since it was an important position. The same thing happens when I try to close the positions.

However, things started to change a few months back. They started to get slow in processing orders and stuff. That's not the only problem I experience. They alsoed my deposit by 5 days for no apparent reason. Are they having some internal problem or smth?

Do IC Markets allow withdrawal through International Bank Wire Transfers? If yes, then how long does it takes until my money arrives? Are there any additional fees for these particular withdrawal methods? I don't particularly fond of e-wallets, that is because I had bad experiences where the platform would not give me my money for some reason.

Hello, I have some questions regarding the payment methods in IC Markets. While I think it's great that IC Markets have plenty of other options to transfer deposits and withdrawals, there are some that make me confused. Mainly there are differences between the regular Neteller and the Neteller VIP. Is there any difference between the two of the? Perhaps different limitations or any other service I should know?

Hello, I am a new trader so I am not too familiar with trading and its requirements. So, recently I have just created a demo account in IC Markets. After trying it for a while and I think I like everything about it. So I was thinking of converting to a live account, the raw account spreads really intrigued me. I understand that I need to deposit some money in order to start using the read account, but I don't know how much, and will there be any fees?

Are FP Markets suitable for scalping? I am a long-time scalper and my current broker is now a bit too expensive for this method. So I have several questions which include:
