IC Markets Broker Testimonials

After checking their official websites, I found out that they have different leverages available for each trading instrument. For the most part, you can enjoy leverage up to 1:500. However, you can only get up to 1:200 leverage for indices trading.

I wonder if there is any particular reason for that? As a trader, I would be happy with 1:500 leverage.

I have questions regarding deposit and withdrawal with IC Markets. While I think it's good that you guys have plenty of funding options to offer, the currencies allowed with each method are quite limited. From what I know, only Union Pay allows RMB. Is it not possible to do this with any other payment options? I will move to China soon and paying with RMB seems to be the best choice for me in the future.

Is there any deposit and withdrawal fee in IC Markets? Also, does this broker provide deposit and withdrawal methods through PayPal? I am currently traveling a lot but I still want to trade. Because of this condition, the best possible way I can transfer my money is through an e-wallet platform. However, If there are any other e-wallet options then I'll be glad to know.

Do IC Markets allow soft commodity trading?

If yes, do they provide zero spreads trading for these instruments as they do on forex pairs?

Also, how much leverage can I get for soft commodity trading? It is very hard to find a trusted broker that has these instruments, and when they do, it usually comes with ridiculous spreads and costs.

Do IC Markets provide broker-to-broker deposits? I would like to move my fund completely to IC Markets as my old broker has proven to be very disappointing and full of scams. If yes, then how long will my fund appear in my account? I understand that it can take a while, but I just need to know for sure when my money will arrive.

I have been thinking of opening an MT5 account in IC Markets, my concern is I don't know whether this platform allows hedging as well?

I understand that not all brokers allow hedging and scalping. So I would rather find out about it before I apply for the account. I am also interested in trading metal CFD with IC Markets, so I hope that this platform allows me to do just that.

I can't stress this enough, but they have one of the best customer services among all of the other brokers I have tried before.

Although I don't always agree with other policies in IC Markets, I can say that this broker has taken care of their clients through good customer service. Nice one!

Can I trade stocks CFD in IC Markets from cTrader trading platforms? I know that this broker provides CFD trading with MT4 and MT5, but I am not really used to both of them. I did use them in the past, but then I decided that I don't really enjoy them for some reason. I am just really comfortable using the cTrader platform.

Do IC Markets allow WTI crude oils as a futures products? Most of the brokers that I know of only offer Brent Crude Oils. Now, I know that technically both instruments are really good. But, I just prefer WTI compare to Brent for some reasons. If they do offer these instruments, I would like to know how much leverage can I get for these products?

For some reason they keep ignoring my stop loss, why? I don't know

In fact, it took me 5 times to realize that they keep doing this to me. I admit the other two was probably due to some errors but Idk.

The story is, I was placing an order with stop loss and take profits.

However, once the order fills the stop loss is removed, causing me to lose 35% of my account.

I tried to report it to customer service but they said I didn't place a stop loss.

So, not only did they cheat on me, but they also accuse me of amnesia. Great.
