IC Markets Broker Testimonials

It's a good thing IC Markets has live chat features, so I can quickly send a chat whenever I found something wrong happening with my traders. However, I do hope the team can replay sooner since it's really necessary sometimes. I mean, what is the point of having live chat features if they didn't replay quickly?

I never had any problem with IC Market until recently. I recently gain some profit and I want to withdraw it. Normally this is a very simple process in IC market, and it doesn't need the extra headache. But, for some reason, my withdrawal request was denied. I thought it was because I withdraw more than I usually did, so IC Market suspected something weird is going on. So, I informed the customer service, and soon my withdrawal was processed. But, it took an extra-long time for them to do it, the money arrives in my account after a month. That is unacceptable.

A few days ago I deposited some money in IC Markets. However, after 6 working days, the funds haven't appeared in my account. I was panicking and I looked around. I read a lot of comments saying how this brokerage took away their money and did other nasty things. I decided to contact their customer service and to my surprise, they are very accomodating. The funds finally arrived in my trading account. I also find that they executed orders really fast. Withdrawal is very smooth too. So far I don't experience what other people said about it. But again, I only trade small positions and most of those problems appear for traders who take big lots.

IC Markets has been one of the best signal providers that I know of. This is why I keep trading with them for months. I think they were quite a good broker that has super-tight spreads and has great customer support. But, lately, I feel like there are a lot of changes inside the system that doesn't sit well with me. Not that there is anything wrong with that it's just that there was obviously a change of ownership and many noticeable data feed changes. even the customer service is not as good as usual now, it seems like whoever is behind the computer, doesn't understand anything about trading. They can't even fix the simplest problems and you cannot withdraw to your bank account for 60 days after depositing. However, I am still trading with them while also hoping that they will return to their original self.
