Here is what I like about IC Markets

1. Excellent service, order executions never late or delayed.
2. Customer service is really quick to handle my problems.
3. Great educational materials, it's beginner-friendly and tackles unique problems.
4. Instant withdrawal!

What I don't like is sometimes my deposits can be delayed, but it's nothing majors because I can always contact their team through a live chat.

two thumbs up to the operator who helps me figure out my problems! Unfortunately, I didn't get their name. The story was, that I had a problem when I tried to open a live account. For some reason, I couldn't get approved and I was frustrated. I contacted the customer service but to be honest I don't feel like it will do anything since most customer service is useless after all. I was so surprised because the support team was very helpful with my problem. I had a very nice and friendly interaction and they fix my problems in a short time. Amazing!

Last night, my spreads were increased dramatically and unexpectedly. But, I have already withdrawn my funds and I have contacted the support team. They were very generous and understanding. They help me sort out this problem and fix it in no time. Great job, IC Markets! Although I do wish that something like this doesn't happen anymore. It really not a fun experience.

I have been trading with IC Markets for a whole year and I haven't got any problems these people experienced. In fact, I have been withdrawing money from my trading account between £1-100k with no hesitation by IC Market AU and also my IC markets EU / Raw trading. Both accounts are heavily regulated which means the broker didn't touch your money and if they ever folded IC would still have the client money for you to recover. I have seen people writing bad comments just because they lose and sometimes it's their own fault. As long as I have trade with this broker they always follow AML regulations diligently.

During my time as a trader (about 5 years now), I have tried different kinds of brokerages (ECN, STP, different regulations, and stuff). But in all of those years, I have never found 100% honest ECN brokers. That being said, IC Markets is definitely one of the best I have ever tried. They have a good execution, great platforms (for all MT4, MT5, and cTraders), normal spread, and swap. That is the best that you can get in a broker, you'll be surprised to find how many wants to screw you over.

Regarding customer support, I think they have the best in their class. They answer you in less than 5 min and solved most of my problems or normal issues that all traders had. (Stupid answers, deposits, withdraws, laws, etc). They are not perfect by any means, but definitely one of the best you can get in the market right now.

I have the best experience with nice operators from IC Markets. They understand my goals and it's very nice for me they didn't leave me with a problem they help me to open the account as much as they can. They also make sure I understand the risk and ask if I still want to continue. Most broker wouldn't care about that since they want clients to create account as much as they can.

Despite their low spread, I advise other traders to still be careful when trading with IC Markets. I found that the spread widened greatly at the end of the US session for an hour. I do not know whether their spread is fixed or float, but since they didn't mention it, I assume it's a floating spread (I use the MT4 account). But this is still a good broker, overall, the platform is very smooth and I am fairly happy with the service.

I have been having some problems with the withdrawal due to complicated conditions. Now, it was the weekend and I was still trying to contact the IC Market support team. Surprisingly, I had amazing help today with my account problem. Despite it the weekend, the company is making great effort working for their customers 24/7. The exchange is very professional as well and feels very smooth. They reply fast, straight to the point and easy understandable. Cant really complain about anything.

I think I have been with numerous brokers in the past 5 years but nothing comes close to Blueberry Market yet and I have only been trading with them for about 6 months. Honestly, in the beginning, I didn't expect anything, I think their platforms are great but nothing special. But it all changes when I experience some login problems. I had to contact the customer service and feels very annoyed with the problem, however, they were very quick in answering my chat and were very caring. I got my issues solved in a second which is a very rare quality these days. I trully hope they will keep up the good work.

Have been trying IC Markets for a while, so I want to share my experiences. The Good and the Bad.

The good part

1. Super instant withdrawal and Deposit, I use a debit card and my funds appear almost instantly in my account.
2. Spread is super competitive, almost 0.0 pips in major pairs. Great for forex scalper or day traders.
3. MT5 works great and is very easy to navigate, even for people who never used it before.
4. Verifications process is super quick. My account was verified in about 1 to 2 hours. But, make sure that you uploaded the right documents and everything is clear. There won't be any problems.

The bad part
1. You can only deposit in USD, there is no other currencies, so keep that in mind. This might be a problem for traders who are not from the US since they have to exchange their currency first.
2. commission is pretty huge.

overall it still gives you the best trading conditions you can find. Not to mention they are regulated by ASIC.
