Moreover, the trading terminal of the Exness app is just so sweet and user-friendly. Exness also has different account types for different people. Significantly, they've got an account type called standard cent for newbies(if you are just going into Forex). It is very comfortable and they have an awesome withdrawal and depositions system (min and max withdrawal/deposit).

I can't believe how wide their spread becomes, especially on indices. Sure, the market's volatility may play some role in this case. But, even then, it is still way too big that it's supposed to be. It also seems difficult to place orders and stop near the current price. I am not sure if they have rules regarding this. But do enlight me if anyone knows about it. I tried to ask customer service these questions, but they aren't answering anything about it. It's seriously frustrating. They only send me codes but never do anything about it.

So, my problem might be a little bit unique but I feel like it's necessary to ask these questions. So, I was trading with Exness for about 6 months it when I realized that there is a miss spell in my trading account name. It was supposed to be Edgardo, but somehow it spelled Eggardo which is a completely different name. I wonder if there is a way to change my account's user name. And will it be affecting my withdrawal process? I am starting to get some profit and I was thinking of withdrawing it soon.
