I have problem with withdrawal process. They keep coming up with excuses that my ID is not good enough. They have had a copy of my bank statement, driving licence, passport and birth certificate.. That's totally weird.
Poor execution, very high slippage. Platform freezing is very common.
This broker is playing agains the traders. There is known situation that XTB cancelled very profitable trade after even 2 days! A lot of people who are very disappointed of this broker.
This broker suddenly stopped accepting Clients from India, Nigeria, Bangladesh. Nifty CFD was being traded . All demo accounts disabled or stopped working from these countries. No justification from management.
The worst, platform, manager and service provider in the world. Never go with them. All sweet talks to get the business.
Almost every time, got stopped out and directly the security change direction. Happens too much to be coincidence.
After reading reviews about this broker, it is alarming and I am concerned now. The withdrawals to VISA are instant when you make withdrawal request during certain time of the day but I have been waiting for 2 days and my account manager is not responding to my emails. I am very disappointed.
