They have been very lazy lately and I feel like their service has gotten worse as well. For example, I recently started checking my MT4 account again and I was surprised to find that everything has become so unorganized! In fact, I have to reprogram everything again! I don't know why this is happening but it is certainly very annoying. I have to spend my spare time fixing my account when I can use it for analyzing and researching. This is really wastefull! Not to mention the customer service was unresponsive when I talk about it.

I don't understand why is it so hard to open a trading account with Tickmill. As far as I understand, I already provide them with all of the necessary documents. I sent my ID and my proof of residence. The ID was approved but not the proof of residence. That is true that my ID and proof of residence address don't match. But that is just because I have moved out! What else do I have to do for my account to be approved? Really bad experience and customer service.

Unfortunately, I lost a lot of money trading with IC Markets due to some of their employees' unwise decisions on the managed account. Luckily this isn't my life savings, but other traders might put most of their funds in it. Although, some of it might be their own mistake to put all of the eggs in the same baskets. That doesn't mean the account manager can do whatever they please. Also, I notice that some traders weren't informed about the commission fees and other costs, so they didn't prepare beforehand. I think this is the broker reponsibility to explain about the risks and hidden fees.

So I am using a welcome account in Tickmill which I thought was a bargain. I was wrong. Here is the thing, I had some small profit from that account so of course, I want to withdraw it. But they told me if I want to withdraw I need to deposit some money. Now, normal people must realize that this is a red flag, but not me. Since my trading experience was very good during that time, I thought why not? After all, this looks like a good broker I can rely on. But then boom they told you opened a welcome account several times and without further investigation, they block my account and did not listen to whatever I clarified on my behalf. Oh, the fund? yeah forget it, I won't be getting it.

I registered with fxtm with the name wahyudi

then fxtm agreed to verify my KTP with the name wahyudi

then I deposited with perfectmoney with the name wahyudi

then I traded, and I after there was a slight profit

I want to withdraw

BUT!!! when I want to withdraw, fxtm refuses to verify my perfectmoney named wahyudi, they deliberately refuse to verify my perfectmoney, so my money can't be withdrawn, fxtm refuses with a variety of unreasonable reasons.

be careful trading with fxtm, this broker is Fraud! Fxtm never intends to pay.

Their customer service is one of the worst I have ever met. So, I had this small problem where I can't log in to my account from the desktop, but I can through my phone. Since I find it odd, I asked the customer service and they were terrible! I am not exaggerating, I originally very patient with people. The staff that was talking to me seemed to not understand what I'm talking about and why it is such a big problem for me. Overall it feels very unprofesional. Oanda need to train their team better.

I have been using Oanda apps for at least three months now and there is a reason why I don't think I want to continue trading with them. First of all the app was super laggy, it is really annoying when you want to place a position. It took a long time just to open the charts, how am I supposed to build my strategy if I can't even see the charts? I can understand if it's happened once in a while or even during news releases. But this happens more often than I wish it would. I had to switch strategies because of this, then I became quite successful. But then Oanda closed my positions without any notice at all! I ask them through live chat and they said it's their right to do so! They didn't even bother to give me explanations. Truly the best broker of the century.

I believe that ICMarkets has falsely advertised their withdrawal system. I don't understand what happened, but my money disappear only to 'mysteriously appear' at the Automatic Trading section of the MT4 to cause a radical change in the results of operations. Right now I have reported them to the ASIC regulation, but I don't think there will be any help at all.

I was interested in Tickmill because of all the good comments about them. But I soon find out that they are not like what I think they were.

1. Overcomplicating the registration process by not accepting documents.

2. Terrible customer support, took a long time to even reply and ignore my questions.

3. Customer support doesn't explain why they rejected my documents even though any other broker accept them. If they can explain it, I could fix it but they don't.

I am very angry about this.

It feels like they are going downhill, IC Markets used to be one of the best brokers that are honest and care about traders. Now they are just like any other brokers out there. I just deposited some funds in my account and quite a lot too, around $5000. Then I got busy with real-life things and I didn't even touch my account. Recently I got some time to check my account, I was so surprised to see that I have lost some money (around $900 or so). How can that even be possible when I'm not even opening any positions? Although have spoken to support they do not seem like they want to help me to even restore my funds to allow me to trade. For now, I'll give them 2 stars, but once my funds have been restored I will change it back depending on the service, I am still mad tho.
