After trying different brokers, I decided to stay with IC Markets. For once I finally found a broker that was true to what they advertised. Spread is actually low, executions are great, and the live chat support system is great. There had never been any queue, and the staff is really friendly and helpful, taking my questions seriously. Emails usually are answered within less than 24 hours. Withdrawals are processed once a day and I withdraw every month and never had any complaints It's supper quick.

It's been 4 weeks and I still haven't got anything new about my withdrawal process. I actually place a withdrawal request and it doesn't appear in my account until the next day. So I decided to contact the customer service but the operator only told me to wait. I thought there must be some error and that everything should be great soon. But, that wasn't the case so I guess I need to wait for something to happen, with no perspective from their end on how long I need to wait. This is something very disappointing because it makes something appear very clearly, they are a mess. I am very sure when it comes to clients' money management, you need at very minimum an SLA support system giving something solid to the customer to hang on to, at least a timeframe.

I am very pleased because of their true ECN accounts. It really evolves my trading experience, everything really seamless and feels professional, including deposits and withdrawals. Their trading platform is remarkable and I love how everything is so easy to use. I wonder if they have trading contest?

I can't open my account and all their server is down during the most important time! I understand the server must be working very hard and an error like this is no surprise. But, they should anticipate it and do something about it. This has happened more time once, I can't keep losing trades like this. Good thing I have another account in another broker.

IC Markets is probably the best broker available for scalpers. At first, I started trading with them because I notice that they have super-tight spreads. Usually, brokers with raw spreads have fairly high commission fees. But IC Markets managed to offer affordable commission fees, so that is a win! Their ECN account is especially recommended for robot scalping.

There are several delays that happened during high-impact news, but the customer service is very helpful. I know they are very busy since there are a lot of traders having the same problems. I appreciate how they stay calm and very understanding about the issue. Other than that it's all smooth sailing. The delays only happen for about 10 seconds. Although it does not have any huge effect on me, it might be a bigger problem for scalpers. So IC Markets should be more careful not to let it happen again.

Good broker, good platform, good spread, really a whole package. However, my only complaint is it is very difficult to move accounts between other brokers. This means if you want to leave and go to a better one with rebates, for example, you will have to create an entirely new profile with new accounts, which means you have to create a new email address, recreate all your terminals, signals, EA's, etc. This is very frustrating and very time-consuming, totally not a fan of this. Especially if you don't clear the cookies in your browser before opening a new account they automatically add the new account to your existing one.

I've been trading with them for 4 months now, there are no problems so far. They have been very professional in handling things for me. The execution of orders is pretty fast. I haven't withdrawn any amount yet so I cant really comment on that but for now no issues. However, I do notice that there are a slight price jump on several assets that I'm trading with. But I have been communicating with IC Markets' team and they handle it really well. Overall great services, good support, most importantly good spreads and commissions.

I was just wondering if anyone has experienced the same thing. So, about a month ago I deposited some money to my IC Markets account via SKRILL. It goes very smoothly and I was satisfied. Now I want to withdraw my profit into my SKRILL account but it seems to be very difficult. I don't know if it's even possible at all. I have contacted customer service and they said they will do something, but there hasn't been any update. What is the best method to get my profits?

It feels great to finally find a broker that fulfills my needs and gives me the best experience. They have the tightest spreads, lowest charges, seamless deposits & withdrawals, and amazing support. I am looking forward to trying more of their features. The reason why I can't give 5 stars yet is that my opinion is always changing. I will update if there are new things to reports. But for now, it works great.
